Le parc est situé à 15 minutes du centre ville de la ville. Il a été établi en 1945 comme le premier parc national au Kenya. Il est de 44 miles carrés et à la grande surprise de tout le monde, toute la faune est libre. Dans les 117 kilomètres carrés du parc national de Nairobi, il y a plus de 80 espèces de mammifères et plus d'espèces d'oiseaux que l'on peut trouver dans l'ensemble des îles britanniques.

Vous serez pris en charge par votre guide / chauffeur professionnel à votre hôtel ou à votre résidence au sein du quartier central des affaires de Nairobi à 6 heures du matin et vous conduirez au parc national de Nairobi par la porte principale pour une demi-journée de safari. Votre guide aura pour objectif de vous montrer le plus grand nombre possible d'animaux et de beaux oiseaux. Si vous avez de la chance, vous remarquerez peut-être rhinocéros en pâture et lions se régalant de leur chasse nocturne. Nous utilisons un fourgon de safari avec un toit ouvrant pour faciliter l'observation du gibier et non une petite voiture-salon. Vers 12h30, vous quitterez le parc et serez ramené à votre hôtel ou résidence dans le quartier central des affaires de Nairobi.

Without a doubt, a great experience; it is very rare to see a rhinoceros while looking at the buildings of Nairobi in the distance. With very little time, what luck to encounter so much wildlife.

Going on Safari next to such a large city as Nairobi is feels unreal and ist something really spezial. We had a really kind guide and saw many breathtaking animals. However you need to be aware that the Nairobi National Park is a tourist attraction and you won‘t be able to enyoi it‘s nature by your own.

I had the most wonderful day with Black Santa Safari and Festus Kazungu as my tour guide for the day. He arrived early (5:45 am) to pick me up from my hotel at scheduled 6 am pick up and took me on a full morning safari through Nairobi National Park. We saw so many animals and Festus stopped to talk about each animal and the park in great detail. We stopped and looked at animals and scenery for as long as I liked before moving on. I elected to add the elephant orphanage and giraffe center to the tour for extra cost. After the safari, we went to the elephant orphanage for an incredible show then we stopped for lunch and coffee. Festus did not rush me at all and let me enjoy everything at my pace. We ended the day at the giraffe center and then stopped to see the Kobe beads factory. He dropped me back at my hotel at 3:00. Overall, Festus was an incredible guide. He shared many insights into life in Kenya and Nairobi. I recommend this tour fully to anyone traveling to Nairobi and plan to do it again the next time I am back in Nairobi with friends and family.

The day trip is perfect is you have a couple of hours in Nairobi. The driver was on time and the service was great. However, the car is not a proper landcover or 4x4 it is more like a small bus car. I also do not recommend this trip is you are pregnant as the trip is really bumpy.

The National Park was amazing but the tour was made so much better because of Perfect Safaris, and especially my guide, Festus Kazungu. Booking was so easy, they came on time and Festus was knowledgeable and personable. Ask him about his favorite bird. It’s a really funny story!

Sadly, I took this trip a second time just to have binoculars. The animals are so far away and without them you can’t see them well. Mainly, Lions and big cats are impossible to spot in the high grass without binoculars. I agreed with the office staff to rent them but they forgot, which made this pointless. The driver tried his best!
The trip was interesting so much to see and was seen Albert knew exactly where to go for us to see various animals, mamals and reptiles

This safari was well spent. It was well worth it and I would recommend to others. Albert was on time picking us up, friendly and informative throughout the tour. My group saw a lot and I appreciated that they communicated with us before the day of the tour and recommended that we go earlier on the day in order to see more.
