La communauté Maa a le privilège d'avoir préservé sa culture des XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles. Il y a un point de référence en ce qui concerne la culture des communautés d'Afrique de l'Est tant au Kenya qu'en Tanzanie. Un moment fort de vos vacances de safari est une visite avec ces Massaïs. Ones was excellent. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Very informative and the whole tribe was welcoming. We dressed in their tribal dress and felt like part of the community. I would go again if we had more time. Well worth the cost!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Maasai tribe. It was a great and memorable experience. Tim, our guide was very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience even better. It was also amazing to realize how our Arabian tribal culture shares some similarities with Kenyan tribal culture, and we enjoyed sharing parts of our cultures with each other. Visiting a Masai boma with Tim as guide was the highlight of my trip to Kenya. I wound up having a private tour which felt really special and I learned a lot from Tim about the area. I was hesitant to visit a village as an act or tourism or commodification but the experience felt very sincere and authentic, the family opening their home compound and Tim explaining the way of life. I learned a ton and it really felt like a once in a lifetime experience that I never thought I’d have the opportunity for. A++ experience highly recommend, bring $20usd equivalent for family tip and also recommend tipping driver! Tim offered to stop and buy souvenirs (takes card) on the way back, which my family will be grateful for.
