Went to Cancun hotel zone Feb 6-15 and used Cancun shuttle for travel from airport to hotel and back . Our flight was delayed at YYZ and slow bag retrieval in Cancun . Yet Cancun Transfers followed our flight and qas in contact with us all the time . Their service was great and efficient and the cars both ways were clean and comfortable . Drivers were courteous and safe . We will definitely use Cancun transfers for and future travel in the Cancun area ...

Not a great experience due to poor communication and lack of direct contact options. The only way to reach the company was through WhatsApp, and responses were not prompt. February 2026 We booked this airport transfer shuttle based on positive online reviews. The price was very appealing compared to similar services, which is why we chose them. However, our actual experience did not meet expectations. When we arrived in Cancun, we were told that someone would be waiting outside the airport holding a sign with our names on it. Unfortunately, no one was there. We tried contacting the WhatsApp number used during the booking process, but that is their only form of communication—there is no direct phone line. No one responded to our calls or messages. We ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes outside the airport, and just as we were about to arrange another taxi, someone finally showed up. We emailed the company afterward to share our concerns, but we did not receive a proper apology or any meaningful acknowledgment—only a confirmation of our return pickup time. On the return trip, everything went smoothly. The driver who picked us up was very friendly and professional, and he took good care of us. Overall, it was a mixed experience. I hope the company improves its communication, as the lack of direct contact made the situation very stressful.

We traveled to Cancun in December 2025 and arranged for Cancun Airport Transfers to pick us up from the airport, taking us to our hotel in the Hotel Zone, and returning us to the airport at the end of our trip. We filled out a form online documenting our arrival and departure flights and times as well. When we arrived in Cancun, Salma contacted us and our driver arrived within 15 minutes of us clearing customs. When it came time to leave Cancun, our drive dropped us off at the wrong terminal (Cancan has three separate terminals that are NOT connected) and when I texted Salma to have her direct our driver to pick us up to take us to the correct terminal (over a half mile away) she ignored my texts. We ended up sprinting the distance on foot and made our flight but will NOT be hiring Cancun Airport Transfers again.

overall, good experience ! communication was good between myself and dispatch . right when I landed they told me where to go. Just a word of slight caution. They do subcontract out, which is OK just make you are able to communicate with your cell phone and international what data charges etc. — like most places they use WhatsApp and they’re very responsive overall I was very pleased with the price of the communication and the service

It was a bit wait outside of the airport, as there are a lot of other car service company and took us some times to find the staff, but other than that, the whole trip was delightful, the prompt communication and riding experience was great.

WhatsApp attention very slow, there is no one to answer or answer questions quickly. The driver who met us at the airport and met us at the hotel with terrible service, bad face, bad attitude, indicated that the payment was only cash with him when I had agreed to pay by card. On the way to the hotel I drive like desperate and on the way to the airport he seemed to not care about the hour, at 50 kg/hr. I really wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!!

While going from airport to hotel, there was a wait. But we loved the service while returning back from hotel to airport. Cab was right on the time.

It was amazing, they were already waiting for me at the airport and it was very easy to reach them. The trip was comfortable and Boni, the super friendly and attentive driver at all times. It was a round trip and I was picked up at the hotel without theme and dropped off right at the entrance for domestic flights. I highly recommend it and will definitely hire them again.
