Graziella is the sweetest, most kind person in the world. She opens up her beautiful house for you and takes you right in and makes you feel welcomed. She helped us through making our pasta dish, and everything was so delicious. Such an authentic cooking experience. I am recommending this to everyone who travels to Sicily!

We were made to feel part of Graziella’s family as she guided us through making homemade ravioli pasta from scratch including the filling of ricotta and lemon that was cooked in a delicious butter and sage sauce. We also made a strawberry tiramisu that was also delicious. Graziella was an excellent cook and very patient and encouraging. With the cooking, conversation and a glass of wine the time just flew by. This was the highlight of our holiday and will inspire us to get our pasta machine out as soon as we are home. We 100% recommend this experience, you will not be disappointed.

This is a great personal experience and perfect if you love cooking! Graziella is a great cook and she taught us how to make pasta for the first time! Every dish we made with her tasted delicious and we really appreciated her hospitality while being so far away from home. She met us outside and was very easy to communicate with. If you’re looking to learn from an experienced Sicilian nonna, she’s got you covered.

Graciella waited for us, literally on the sidewalk since we were having a hard time finding her location. Upon our arrival her smile immediately made us feel right at home. The evening was filled with so much fun we danced we cooked we drank we joked and it will forever be cherished. Thank you Graciella for hosting us and being part of our special memories in Palermo.

It was a pleasure to cook with Graziella and I am forever thankful for that experience. Her garden is also wooow.

A warm and heartfelt welcome from Graziella, who greeted us with water and wine to begin our cooking experience. Together, we prepared almond cake, delicious meatballs, and fresh pasta. Graziella is a wonderful teacher who shares her love for cooking with so much passion and care. We learned a lot, laughed even more, and felt truly at home from the very first moment. Thank you so much for your time, your warmth, the joy you shared with us, and of course the incredible food and authentic Italian atmosphere. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
