Description
À leur arrivée à la Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence au plus tard à 16h45, les clients seront accueillis par nos professeurs, en respectant tous les types de mesures de la dernière DL. sur la santé et accompagné dans une chambre à partir de 1700 après JC où nous expliquerons le menu et vérifierons les allergies pour satisfaire tout le monde. Les Chefs vous suivront du début à la fin du cours. Chaque personne fera tout, ce n'est pas un cours de démonstration, alors retroussez vos manches et commençons à réaliser des desserts, des coupes pour les sauces, des entrées, des plats principaux et des sauces de service, des pâtes fraîches faites à la main, un verre pour se sentir chez soi. Après avoir tout fini ? Enfin, nous dégustons tout le menu avec la même quantité de vin toscan. À la fin de l'expérience, vous emporterez avec vous le souvenir d'un livret de recettes réalisées pendant le cours et autant d'astuces des Chefs. Les langues disponibles sont l'anglais et l'italien, il est possible de réserver en allemand et en espagnol si les chefs sont à l'heure pour ce cours particulier. végétarien inclus.

Cooking class on May 13 was excellent. The booking information indicated they we would receive the recipes at the end of the class, however, the chef said that we needed to complete the review first and that they would then email the recipes. Still no recipes… :(

Everything about this experience was great! The food, the instructions, the quality and the company. The atmosphere was comfortable and the steps were easy to follow so the techniques could be used at home. Our teenage children had a blast and were made to feel a part of the process. Our visit was almost 3.5 hours and we had everything we needed for a fabulous meal! Thank you gentlemen for a lovely evening and an even better meal!

The total experience was incredible. We were 5 minutes late and we were able to participate. The instructions we understandable but the best part was we were able to take the recipies home

This cooking class was so much fun. The 4 courses really makes it better than some of the other classes. The instructors were great and the food we created was delicious !

It was so much fun and we learned a lot. We also wound up eating a delicious meal. The staff and the chefs who taught us were wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone. Be aware that there is a lot of standing while learning and preparing. The food. If you have any mobility issues I’m sure they would try to accommodate your needs. They were most helpful throughout our entire experience

It was a nice experience and good food. It is a group activity not individual. We prepared 4 different things splitting the jobs. The only individual activity was making the pasta. The chef was really nice and the recipes were easy and good. The place is nice but they have a three groups at the same time which made it a little loud.
