Découvrez la puissante ville de Coba, considérée comme l'une des plus spectaculaires d'Amérique latine. En raison de nouvelles mesures de sécurité, la pyramide n'est pas escaladable. Vous aurez un guide certifié qui vous expliquera chaque détail de la naissance de cette ville maya avant d'entrer dans la ville, nous vous donnerons le temps d'explorer par vous-même. 1h30 environ dans le site archéologique. Ensuite, vous aurez une heure pour déguster une cuisine régionale dans l'un des restaurants les plus incroyables.
Rafraîchissez-vous dans l'un des endroits les plus magiques du monde, un cénote maya, considéré comme mystique puisqu'il représente l'entrée dans un autre monde. Nous dégusterons un repas régional préparé par des Mayas authentiques, vous serez émerveillés. C'est un grand buffet. Playa del Carmen est un village de pêcheurs qui a énormément grandi ces dernières années. Vous pourrez y profiter de la célèbre Cinquième Avenue, connue dans le monde entier. Nous aurons du temps libre pour faire une petite promenade dans les rues. Vous pouvez acheter des souvenirs de toutes sortes pour votre famille et vos amis. Il est important de mentionner que si vous séjournez dans des hôtels situés entre Playa del Carmen et Tulum, cette visite n'est pas incluse.

So! Totally worthwhile. Great transportation and guide. Very efficient and clear instructions along the way. It’s a very long day! Pack light and pay attention to what they recommend you bring! We really wish we had longer at both Tulum and Coba. Honestly I would have been happy to leave off the cenote and Playa Del Carmen stops in order to have had more time at the other two. That’s my only ‘complaint’. The information and background that the tour guide had definitely was evident as well as his experience. Thank you Ave (and Rafa)!

Great tour and the staff was awesome! Pros: guides were excellent very knowledgeable and friendly, they were very helpful and clear with instructions, English/Spanish translations was very good, buses were very comfortable, skip the line ticketing was sooooo appreciated because the queues were very long. Cons: could have cut the Cenote visit in half to allow for more time at the ruins/sites, food was adequate and not really tasty, bathroom on bus was for emergencies.

What a full day - Pablo was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate about his heritage and speaks 3 languages! - making himself available for anything we needed. We appreciated the small group vibe. It was strange getting picked up from the hotel and to be unloaded to pay park fares, then shuffled into another van to our destinations. Seems like there might be a more efficient way to manage. Wouldn't have minded a meal on our own in Playa or more time on 5th Ave. Price and value worth it.

We enjoyed the tour going to Tulum and Coba. We commend Gustavo and Christian for doing a great job. Our suggestion will be providing better lunch for the next tour that their gonna have. But overall, I will recommend viator for this specific tour.

Great tour. Very well organized. Great communication before tour day. Got off to a late start because our bus crashed early in the morning before pick ups but the tour company rallied and provided all that they promised. I was comfortable, happy and relaxed all day.

Our transpiration did not show up. It was our last day and this was why we came to Mexico for my daughters 21st birthday!! So disappointed. Called 5 mins after pickup and was told driver was running late. Then called back after 20 mins and was told reservation was canceled. They realized that it was not canceled at all but now it was to late. Offered us the next day but we were leaving. Said would send refund. The person on the phone was nice, owned the mistake and very apologetic. Upset about situation. Waiting for refund.

This tour was excellent and that’s due to the fact that the tour operator was amazing. The guy spoke like 3 languages and even shared his personal life with us and how his master helped him get over his issues. I wish I could remember his name but he was awesome.

What a great trip!!! The guide explained in clear Spanish and English what to expect. Although it was very crowded in Tulum (VERY crowded!) the team managed to get us through the lines swiftly. The information the guid provided was clear and great. The lunch at the Cenote and the swimm itself were super! Good buffet. And a ver quiet cenote with very little people (in contrast to what we have seen at another trip!). Great trip and well worth the money.

Small hints can be big irritants. They will try to upsell a drinks package on the bus. I can’t drink alcohol in the sun so turned it down. But my tour did include a bottle of water at Tulum which you really need. Absolutely refused to give it to me. Took pics of my Viator booking showing it and STILL refused. Now to be honest I can afford a bottle of water. But if it was a big deal to them it was a big deal to me. Big fight. Got it in the end but wrecked my morning. And they sell bottles of mosquito repellant which I did buy.

The tour includes a complimentary bottle of water at the archaeological site and our guides gave it to you, but you were demanding our guides to have drinks during the whole tour, which could not be possible because your booking did not include it.
