Découvrir Séoul : vie locale et histoire

Description

We have a layover in Incheon airport and decided to take advantage of it. We were so impressed with Seoul and our tour guide that we will come back and make a trip just to there. The tea house he took us to was the best experience.
We took a two days private tour. The tour was really amazing!! We visited not only historical places but the "daily life" places from Seoul. Learned a lot! The guides were so polite, and dedicated, they respected our times and interests, made our days... fantastic days!
Worst experience I've ever had with a tour company. We had our tour cancelled 1 hour early. They spent it for the next day and 1 hour before they said that the tour was not going to be in Spanish as we had taken out. Then they called it off. A mess. A total lack of ethics and respect.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because the tour was canceled just one day prior. I only discovered the cancellation by accident when I noticed a message through the booking service. The payment for the tour was processed in advance, but I am still waiting for the refund (after a month). Due to late cancellation, all other alternatives were already fully booked.
The tour that started at 11:30 in the morning. The previous day we had a serious problem (loss of bags at the airport) that we had to claim and at 11'20 we informed the company that we were taxiing to the meeting point, we again inform that we will be 10 minutes late to wait for us. At 11.25 am, that is, before the hour, they tell me that they canceled my tour and that I would return my money. We arrived at the meeting point at 11:40 and no one was there. I feel totally disappointed in this operator. We have done other tours in Japan with another operator in the last two weeks as well as on other trips and we have always expected 10 minutes of courtesy and more when we have advised in advance that we were going by taxi. Coming to Seoul from Spain we don’t do it every weekend and I just asked you to wait 10 minutes. Unfortunately the operator's response. Thank you TripAdvisor for the great sensitivity you have had. What a day, no suitcase and no tour, I wish it on no one.
We decided on Mortour for a free tour of Seoul and we got it right. Our Auxi Guide helped us to know the city and solved all our doubts. If anyone asks us we will recommend this tour.
Amazing time on Seoul under the impeccable guidance of Moises from Mortour. Great correspondence prior to my arrival with proper plans on place and just really detailed and great guidance over multiple days. It was a pleasure to spend time with Moises and being introduced to all the wonders of Seoul. Unforgettable experience. Thank you Moises.
Tour very complete, knowing the most important. Moi knows Seoul well, and that shows. It translates into a tour where you visit the essentials of the city , and puts some added value with some corner / place less visited and just as spectacular. The truth is that the 2 day tour, is very advisable.
Our day in Seoul with Moises was amazing! We had a full day in Seoul as a stopover and wanted to explore the city by foot with a private guide and a big focus on food :) Moises accommodated all our wants and took us to different restaurants, cafes, markets... we also went to some less touristy areas of Seoul, which was really nice too. I highly recommend Moises's services!
It was a nice experience, the guide knows the history and shows the relevant places near Insadong. She gave good recommendations about dinner, gifts and she even gave us a little Korean lesson. I highly recommend
