We had a great time with our guide Mai. She explained everything very well and was really nice and enthusiastic. Thank you Mai!
We had such an amazing experience with Ruby during our time in Viet Nam! She was incredibly kind, attentive, informative, and made every moment enjoyable. We visited the Mekong floating market, a rice noodle factory, a cacao farm, the basket weaving village, and the beautiful Mau Xuan reserve. Ruby shared so much interesting information about the local culture and daily life, and we learned a lot from her throughout the tours. She also took absolutely amazing pictures for us, which made the memories even more special. Thank you again, Ruby, for your warmth, knowledge, and all the wonderful experiences — we truly appreciated the time spent with you and highly recommend her to anyone visiting Viet Nam!
It was a very pleasant walk, and, although I did not see and could not photograph all the desired birds, I could make some interesting photos. The guide was very friendly. Everything went well.
If you are interested in seeing peaceful, pristine nature and getting a bit off the beaten track, take this tour! We had a wonderful time with our guide, Thuy, who is very cheerful and enthusiastic and speaks excellent English. We especially enjoyed the visit to the basket makers, where we stayed a while chatting and got to try making the basket ourselves. The boat ride in the nature preserve is very relaxing and the park is clean and well preserved. The view of the rice fields from the top of the observation tower is something I will never forget. We went in the afternoon, which was lovely, and the two of us were the only people in our group and almost the only visitors in the park. Definitely worth it! Thank you, Thuy, and Mekong Realism.
We did this tour and we really liked the nature reserve but certainly the best was the guide, Ruby who was a charm and took us around some amazing places and was very professional. I highly value all the attentions we had on your part. I definitely recommend it. Very punctual, efficient, friendly and professional service
We had a great time, the guide Nhung was perfect to accompany us. If we had more time we would have planned another ride with her:)
A car took us from our lodging to the Nature Reserve, where we took a boat ride through the marshes and waterways among water hyacinths and patches if water lettuce. We saw many beautiful interesting indigenous birds. We stopped at the outlook tower, where we had the opportunity to sample many delicious and exotic fruits while we were looking at the jungle scenery. Next came the Bamboo Village, where a charismatic local basket weaver showed us the traditional craft of making bamboo baskets. We even had the chance to try the craft ourselves. I would like to highlight the amazong personality of our guide, Hannah, who shared many interesting facts about the Nature Reserve, basket weaving, and during our ride, she told us many exciting stories about life in Vietnam. Thank you, Hannah!
We booked the tour just two days in advance and had the best experience we could imagine. Convenient pickup from our hotel, one hour drive to the nature reserve area. Beautiful and lonely ride through the small rivers while seeing lots of plants, birds and other small animal. Fresh local fruits and drinks were also included. We were accompanied by our lovely little guide Hannah, which made the trip an unforgetable and amazing experience. She explained lots of facts about the reserve and the art of crafting bamboo baskets (her english is also very good!). It was an overall very informative adventure in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Thank you so much and keep up the good work :) See you again!
We had a wonderful morning at the nature reserve, with our guide Chris. He made the experience memorable, speaks great English, and had fantastic local knowledge. We highly recommend Chris and the tour. We saw some amazing birds and wildlife, and now know how bamboo baskets are made! 5 stars!!
We really liked the tour with Sasa, it was 5 stars. We walked the boat mangal, then we went back on foot to the observation tower and we went to see baskets to be made. Thank you Sasa
