5h30 Notre guide viendra vous chercher et commencera l'excursion en bateau depuis le quai Ninh Kieu. Commencez votre voyage au lever du soleil, en naviguant sur le Mékong et en profitant de la tranquillité du matin.
6h15 Arrivée au plus grand marché flottant du Vietnam, un hub animé où les vendeurs locaux vendent des produits frais, des fruits et des marchandises directement depuis leurs bateaux. Ce marché est un reflet vivant de la façon traditionnelle de commercer de la région, et vous aurez la chance d'observer ce commerce flottant unique de près. Arrêt de bateau d'ananas Goûtez à l'ananas frais et juteux et discutez avec des vendeurs locaux de la vie sur la rivière. Votre visite aide à soutenir les petites entreprises familiales, vous donnant un avant-goût authentique de la communauté du Mékong. Vous apprendrez également comment fonctionne le marché et l'importance du commerce de l'eau dans le delta du Mékong. Petit-déjeuner sur le bateau Profitez d'un repas traditionnel à base de rivière, une expérience unique où vous dînez tout en flottant parmi l'activité dynamique du marché. C'est un must-do à Cái Răng, où les sons et les sites du marché offrent une toile de fond parfaite pour votre repas. Cette partie de la visite vous permet de profiter de la beauté tranquille de l'environnement tout en observant les fruits locaux le long du chemin.
Profitez d'une courte promenade à travers un village local, où vous verrez la vie quotidienne et les maisons traditionnelles de près. Interagir avec les villageois sympathiques vous permet de mieux comprendre la culture et le mode de vie du Mékong.
Promenez-vous dans une plantation de cacao, où un artisan local vous expliquera le processus de fabrication du chocolat. Découvrez comment le cacao est cultivé et transformé en chocolat selon des méthodes traditionnelles transmises de génération en génération. Dégustez un verre rafraîchissant de lait de cacao et soutenez la tradition de longue date de la ferme. 10h00 : Arrivée à l’immersion de la chocolaterie ARTISANALE. Après les petits canaux, nous marcherons 10 – 15 minutes jusqu’à la plantation de cacao. Il y a un seul homme au Vietnam qui fait des chocolats avec sa propre technique et recette qui vous impressionnera certainement.

I did the Cai Rang Floating Market tour with Phoenix and couldn’t recommend him enough! He was incredibly sweet, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. I didn’t reply to his messages until the very last minute, but he still went out of his way to make everything work without making me feel like a hassle. Very interesting tour with Henry who was very chatty and was answering all our questions. Food was lovely, and there were a few interesting stops, the best one being the rice noodle factory. Thank you to Henry and our wonderful boat driver!

Excellent trip by boat to the floating market in Cai Rang, followed by the visit of a traditional rice noodle manufacturer and a cacao farm. It was our second trip with our Guide Phoenix and it was again a pleasure. Would recommend it any day and to anybody who wants to see the many beautiful sides of Can Tho.

Our tour guide Phoenix was friendly and explained us all the insights of each spot. We have visit the floating market, a cacao farm, rice nudle manufactoring and many other places. Awesome 1 day Mekong Delta/Cai Rang markets tour, expertly told by Jane our guide. You are immersed into life on the river, eating breakfast, having Vietnamese coffee & visiting a family to see what life on the river is really like. Additional visits to community based rice noodle factory & cacao farm were really informative and the chocolate was some of the best we’ve ever tasted.
