Nous commençons la journée à Oldenburg Vineyards, sans doute l'un des vignobles les plus pittoresques d'Afrique du Sud avec de belles vues sur les vignobles et entouré d'un amphithéâtre de montagnes. Les vins ici sont superbes et une grande sélection pour tous les goûts. Ils servent également des cafés méchants pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un coup de pouce pour la journée!
L'un des premiers domaines viticoles d'Afrique du Sud nommé d'après le Canon perché sur le sommet de la montagne qui signalait l'arrivée de navires dans le port du Cap il y a des siècles Se concentrer sur le vin rouge, y compris le cépage sud-africain (Pinotage) Kanonkop a été le premier domaine en Afrique du Sud à recevoir un score parfait de 100 points pour leur Paul Sauer Bordeaux Blend 2015
Le meilleur accord fromage et vin que vous vivrez jamais! Une classe de maître! La dégustation se fait à l'extérieur assis à côté d'un lac et comprend du champagne.
Nous nous arrêtons pour déjeuner à leur soeur Estate Gaurdian Peak avec des visas incroyables sur la région viticole. Tous les palais sont pris en charge, y compris végétalien / végétarien (pour votre propre compte)
Notre dernière étape de la journée est le vignoble historique connu sous le nom de Meerlust, 8ème génération de la famille Mybergh. Imprégnés d'histoire avec l'architecture Cape Dutch, nous faisons une dégustation dans leur ancienne salle à barriques. Célèbre pour ses vins primés dans le monde entier, Meerlust a été le premier domaine à produire un assemblage bordelais en Afrique du Sud en 1980

Our Tour Guide Pamela took us to 3 very nice vineyards for tastings plus a fourth one for a fabulous lunch. Pamela was a fantastic tour guide. I highly recommend her!

Had a fantastic day with Willem! Custom tour set up for us that was wonderful. We appreciated that it was door to door pickup and drop-off. He was very informative and was able to answer our questions about the area, history of Cape Town and surrounding towns, as well as the wine farms. Perfect way to spend the day and enjoy some great wine and food tastings. Lunch at Tokara was a delight. We enjoyed an olive oil/food pairing prior to our lunch. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Pamela was very knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting and the region. The three wineries chosen were outstanding. The first one Muratie was my favorite because it had an interesting history. The cheese pairing at the next winery Lavenir was delightful. The lunch stop at Guardian Peak had gorgeous view and yummy food. The final stop Waterford Estate had a chocolate pairing which I enjoyed. We bought chocolate to take home.

Tsiba Tsiba was great to work with all throughout the process. They were communicative and allowed for a really great custom tour. My friend and I enjoyed our tour immensely. Our guide, Pamela, was very knowledgeable about the wines, and provided us with some really great history and insight into South Africa’s history, and Cape Town specifically as well. She was so great, we wanted her to stay with us for the rest of our trip!

We enjoyed a custom private wine tour of the Stellenbosch area with Eileen. Eileen did an amazing job thoughtfully selecting vineyards that met the specific preferences that we outlined before the tour. She was a pleasure to spend the day with as she's personable/friendly and has an absolute wealth of knowledge about wine and the region. Eileen is clearly a skilled guide as she took the extra effort to clearly communicate and clarify expectations, next steps, and her expert suggestions throughout the entire day. She also took the extra step of adding an olive oil tasting to help the non-drinker in the group feel that much more included. It felt like we had a friend taking us around to her favorite wineries, which was such a treat. She has clearly built strong relationships at each winery and the hospitality, generosity, and warmth extended to us. This tour is well worth it to enjoy a top-notch experience of an excellent wine region.

The private wine tour for 2 people was an absolutely fantastic day. Willem was a spectacular guide who was very knowledgable and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this tour for a day out of Cape Town to see the unbelievably beautiful wine country!
