Nice captain, very polite, however, very lackluster experience overall. Booked an hour and a half cruise, with two other couples. Captain spent the first 25 minutes cutting up cheese and salami for two of the guests that wanted a cruise with snacks. Spent an hour, cruising up and down the canal in silence… stopped one time for a brief five minutes, only to have him give a short story about how the Dutch made all their money… anyway, nice enough once, however, not worth the cost
This was an amazing tour. Pickup and drop off was right at our hotel. Ronald was very knowledgeable about the area. We loved hearing about the history of Amsterdam. Highly recommend this Company.
Our family had a great time enjoying the ride and history lesson all around the beautiful canals. Even though the weather was not the best (rain) we were inside and still enjoyed it. Our guide was lively and very informative.
While we have walked a lot here in Amsterdam, this gave us a better perspective of the canals, buildings, history, people that made up Amsterdam what is was in 1600s and current. Walked out of Hotel and for a canal pickup.
Our group learned a lot and enjoyed the interaction. Have a fuller appreciation of Amsterdam
We really enjoyed our canal cruise. Our Captain Ronald was very kind and knowledgeable. He also navigated the narrow canals exceptionally well. We would highly recommend Leemstar!!

We had a lovely 90 minute night time Light Festival cruise. Our guide/host/captain was Floris who was very entertaining and made the trip very interesting. We had a few nibbles and drinks on board and shared the cruise with one other couple. The snow made Amsterdam look even more pretty. We would highly recommend this cruise to others.
