- takes 45 mins to get from the bay to the open waters, and 45 back. So 1.5 hours is a bust - The jet ski times are short. One of the jet skis wasn't functioning well - Make sure to read about the hidden costs

To provide some clarification for future guests, the cruising time to and from the open water is part of the charter experience and is outlined by the marina's location and local navigation speed regulations, which are beyond our control. Many guests enjoy this scenic cruise through Miami's waterways before reaching the anchoring area. We're also sorry to hear about your experience with one of the jet skis. They are regularly maintained, and we will review this with the owner to ensure everything is operating properly. Finally, there are no hidden costs. All applicable third-party fees, including fuel and crew, are clearly disclosed in the listing and again before booking is confirmed so guests know exactly what to expect.
