Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Le chauffeur tiendra une pancarte avec votre nom dessus. Les chauffeurs attendront jusqu'à 30 minutes après l'heure de prise en charge prévue. Elle ne s'applique pas si le vol ou le navire est retardé.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Leftheri. He was courteous and gave our party of 6 a smooth ride from Heraklion to Chania. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable and spotles! Leftheri was also very helpful with tips about our visit. Highly recommended!
Very effective, driver contacted us while we were still on the ferry and was waiting for us as scheduled.
The driver met us when our ferry arrived and was friendly and professional. The drive was broken into two sections with a short break approximately half way.

This private taxi service was great. The driver was waiting outside the ferry port with our names showing. The taxi was big, there was 4 people and 4 luggage, plenty of room. We were given a bottle of cold water which was a nice touch as it was very warm outside. The driver was nice and polite and a very safe driver. The journey didn't seem to take long time at all. Would highly recommend
We had booked round trip from the airport to the hotel. Booking and communication was very straightforward and fast. The drivers arrived on time and with comfortable vehicles, into which our large suitcases could easily fit. The rides were very pleasant with nice conversations with the drivers. Just what you want. Picked us up on time at the ferry. Carried our luggage to the van. Dropped us off two hours later by our hotel.

Booking the pick up was easy. However I had to email pick up time, didn’t get a response, I called customer service to confirm pick up time and I was assured we would be picked up at our request, and that did occur. Very nice riding vehicle, driver was attentive even stopped for a bathroom break.

Our ride was great- the driver was very professional and punctual. He brought us straight to our hotel but he offered to stop at a coffee shop on the way. Great service and would highly recommend.

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign at the airport when we arrived, and we were transported in a roomy van with nice cool waters and snacks! It was a pleasant and stress free transfer from Heraklion to Chania.
