Ensuite, nous nous arrêtons à Gramvousa Island, un lieu d'histoire riche et de paysages magnifiques. Vous pouvez explorer l'île par vous-même, nager dans ses eaux accueillantes, ou simplement vous détendre sur le pont et bronzer. Pendant que vous profitez des environs, notre équipage vous préparera un délicieux déjeuner de style méditerranéen à bord composé de salades fraîches, de fruits de mer, de viande et d'un dessert maison. We booked the Balos & Gramvousa Luxury Catamaran Cruise directly through DanEri Yachts' website, choosing it over cheaper alternatives because of the premium experience advertised. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the promotional materials. AT ALL! The website shows a spacious catamaran with a large front net and roomy lounging areas. The boat we were assigned was much smaller, had no front net, fewer sunbathing areas, and only one paddleboard. Although the boat was not full, my husband and I still had to share one sunbed. The meal was another major disappointment. The website advertises a **freshly prepared meal** and even shows food being prepared in the promotional video. Instead, we received what appeared to be a pre-prepared meal reheated in a microwave that was not even thoroughly heated. The main protein consisted of only TWO PRAWNS.(yes p1 was the full meal , and it was different content compare to the others) I was also forgotten during meal service and only received my meal after reminding the crew member, when most other passengers had already finished eating. Captain Jacob told us that we are on the less luxury boat and the photos and videos on the website were from a previous season, that the meal offering had changed, and that he would discuss a partial refund with the company. After contacting DanEri Yachts, they replied that they operate two different catamarans under the same package that day( but I was told by the captain that the other one was more luxury?) . They offered a **10% refund** initially but then stopped responding.

Super package Pickup, guide & advice were very good. Discovering Balos in these conditions was great. Restaurant is okay, nice Only regret: everything goes by too quickly.

We were contacted the day before our excursion that we had to move to a different day. We last minute switched excursions to make this work. Unfortunately the day we switched to was extremely choppy, which I’m aware is not the operator’s fault. We were docked at Balos Beach and they left us! We saw them take another passenger on the buoy and thought they were coming back to take us as well, but saw them sail away to Gramvousa. We had to notify a boat nearby to call them to get us. They made it sound like we were left because we were late which is not true. Irregardless, you count passengers before leaving. Not worth the price and not worth being left without our belongings or passports without so much as an apology. Could give 0/5 million if I could. Gone on boat tours in other Greek islands and countries and never had this happen before. Ridiculous

I booked an excursion with this company, and the experience was simply appalling. The service never took place because the company failed miserably in the organization: they gave us the wrong hotel pickup time and left us stranded waiting. Worst of all wasn't just the mistake, but the total lack of respect and professionalism that followed. No one bothered to call us to let us know about the delay or the error. We made dozens of calls trying to find out what was going on, but no one answered. To this day, the company has remained completely silent. We haven't received a single apology; they still won't answer the phone and are completely ignoring the customer after having taken our money. This isn't just incompetence; it’s a lack of business integrity. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you don't want to ruin your vacation and lose money, stay far away from this operator! I am going to file a formal complaint in the official complaints book and with the relevant authorities.

The overcrowding on this boat completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable family experience. For a six hour excursion, there was virtually no space for passengers to relax in comfort. Those who boarded first claimed all of the cushioned seating and lounged across the available space, while the rest of us had no choice but to sit on the hard edges of the boat for most of the trip. Calling this a luxury catamaran experience is simply inaccurate. This was especially difficult for my daughter, who suffered from seasickness throughout the excursion. Having to sit on the hard edge of the boat while feeling unwell made an already unpleasant experience even worse. Comfort was one of the main reasons we chose and paid for this tour, and it was completely lacking. After paying 465 euros, I expected a spacious, comfortable, and premium experience that reflected the way this excursion was advertised. Instead, it was overcrowded, poorly managed, and represented extremely poor value for money. The only highlight was the beautiful scenery, which is a credit to Greece itself, not to the company operating this cruise. I am genuinely upset that we spent 465 euros on this experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this excursion to look at other cruise options before booking.

We offer two ticket categories: **Comfort** and **VIP**. The **VIP** ticket includes access to the exclusive upper deck with a reserved sunbed, meaning guests have their own guaranteed place throughout the cruise. It also includes a towel and a small bottle of wine or beer. The **Comfort** ticket provides access to the shared main deck, where seating is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This difference between the two ticket types is clearly explained in the tour description before booking, allowing guests to choose the option that best suits their preferences. We are very sorry that your daughter suffered from seasickness during the trip. We would like to reassure you that if our crew had been informed, they would have done everything possible to help. Over marketed as luxury & differentiated “protein” cocktails. Overpriced for the small & unimpressive catamaran and service. Kind staff, but bare minimum service. Choose a lower price option and expectations will be met.

Fantastic way to spend a day and enjoy Balos. Jacob and the crew gave us a great experience. Smaller catamaran w around 20 guests (saw other catamarans with what looked like 60 people - appreciate the smaller group vs crowd). Incredibly still and beautiful water. If you’re up for it, bring water shoes to explore on land and shoes if you want to hike up to the fortress (~10 mins of vertical steps). We had perfect weather w minimal wind. Will book again next time I’m in Crete.

Do not hesitate in booking this! I went with my husband, and 2 children age 4 and 2. From start to finish every need was met - toys both on and off board for the kids. Fantastic food. We were the first boat to arrive at Balos so had incredible views and pictures. I will recommend this trip to everyone coming to Crete - the crew were phenomenal, perfect amount of time at every step and we had the most wonderful day!

Lovely with a smaller boat and a maximum of 22 people, we were 18 and it went well. Lagoma breaks for swimming. Good crew. A little weak with food, the chicken ran out before we had time to take and no exactly luxurious feeling. Got the impression that there would be snacks and other things available during the day but no we went quite hungry ashore unfortunately and it felt like that when I paid just over 4200kr for my son and me. But as I said the luck was nice
