Description
Une séance d'entraînement originale et unique d'une heure, que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs. Vous pourriez apprendre quelques techniques de ninja grâce à une formation pratique en Anglais. L'entraînement ninja commence par un salut au dojo et par la méditation ninja « Kuji-kiri ». Vous pourriez apprendre à maîtriser votre respiration à la manière des ninjas, comme en yoga. Mais aussi les techniques de marche de base des arts martiaux japonais et la marche ninja.

The ninja lesson was sooo much fun! The instructor were great to work with and really knowledgeable in the technique and history of the ninja. It was truly hands-on and trying the shurikens and blow darts in as definitely a highlight for my boys. I highly recommend this class and it was one of our favorite things we did in Japan
Had a wonderful time dressing up as a ninja and learning how to meditate and walk like them and use their weapons.
So much fun, our teacher was very knowledgeable and fun! Would definitely recommend. Fun souvenirs available for purchase.

It was a cool experience. We enjoyed it as a family and had fun learning some of the Ninja techniques and weapons. It is an experience that would be interesting for kids and adults.

My two boys and I had such a fun experience learning about the history and techniques of the ninja. The instructor and staff were great to work with and we loved the experience and hands on style of the lesson. I highly recommend you try the class!
It was an absolute blast!! We did the activity with my two kids (ages 10 and 13) and everyone really enjoyed it. Our instructor, Sho, was great and very interactive. Would definitely recommend!!!
The team did a great job, engaging the group and making it fun. We were two adults with two adult daughters. Might be better suited for younger kids.
