Vivez un cours de cuisine pratique en découvrant les secrets de la fabrication de pizzas et de gelatos italiennes authentiques dans notre école élégante et élégante. En prélude à ce cours, votre chef Anglais vous accueillera à l’école avec une réception prosecco et antipasti. Votre cours commence alors que vous apprenez tout le savoir-faire pour mélanger, pétrir, rouler et garnir la pizza parfaite. Nous n'utilisons que les meilleurs ingrédients frais pour orner vos pizzas : salami assaisonné, champignons délicieux, ou peut-être quelques figues et prosciutto magnifiques. Le choix est infini ! Pendant que votre pizza est au four, on vous apprendra à faire de la gelato crémeuse et rêveuse à partir d'un certain nombre de saveurs disponibles - le compagnon culinaire idéal de votre pizza croustillante et croquante. Votre cours se termine dans notre magnifique salle à manger aménagée où vous pourrez vous adonner à vos créations.

Just came home from 10 day family trip hitting France & Italy. Luca's InRome pizza & gelato cooking class was one of the things we were looking forward to the most, and Luca did not disappoint. Met some amazing people from all over the world, ate the best pizza in Italy, laughed and simply enjoyed the entire experience as a family. May have just learned a thing or two in the class as well (wink wink). So glad we did this, would absolutely take additional classes from Luca if I ever get the opportunity to return to Rome!
Kristiana was a wonderful cooking instructor. We so enjoyed making gelato and pizza! We had a great time and loved every minute!!

Our family of four including two teenage boys (6 and 15) really loved this experience! Chef Giovanny taught us the Roman ways of cooking pizza and gelato. It was fun and the food was delicious! We all highly recommend this experience!

Great experience. Chef is a true chef. He emphasizes the artistic side of cooking as well as the scientific side. We have never had such an experience at home in the US, and we've taken plenty of classes over the years.

Such a fun family activity! The pasta and gelato making class was well-paced, and we loved that we got to take the recipes home to try again. Marco was a fantastic teacher and even shared some great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

This class was so much fun! Our instructor Christiana was engaging and you can tell she loves what she’s does. We had a small group with people from all over. There’s nothing better than homemade pizza and gelato. I had no idea gelato was so easy to make!! I would definitely recommend this class.

This was an absolute highlight of our time in Rome. Wonderful Chef Giulio walked us through making pizza and gelato (vanilla and chocolate). We all agreed it was one of the best meals we had while in Italy. Also, fantastic appetizers and wine. 10/10 recommend. Our 12year old loved it as did my mom. Great family experience.
