Such a fun and chill experience that ended with wonderful food. Plenty of tasty wine along the way..
Intimate and friendly. Great class with light humor. Our chef encourages shy people like my son to participate and spoke english with a itailian accent and was easy to underatand. Our class size was 11 guests. Excellent explanation of the prepreation and measurements with quality ingredients. All ingredients were from italy and provided aprons. Was provided a recipe book at the end of our class. Great for familes.
There is no more fun to have on a free day or night in Roma! We enjoyed the experience making pasta and tiramisu so much we booked it four our last night in Rome. Wonderful meal, wonderful company and straight forward instruction made it memorable each time!
I’ve spent a lot of time looking into different classes and chose this one because it wasn’t you typical pasta/tiramisu class and I am so glad I did. The kitchen was stunning, the chefs were passionate and funny (ciao Alessandro and Marco!) and we’ve made delicious food. The wine was free flowing, every detail was thought through. This is probably THE highlight of our trip to Rome. Thank you!
The cooking class was very good. We made 3 different gelatos, suppli and made our own pizzas. The chef directed us in making our own pizza dough and later made our own pizza using toppings of our choice. Lots of toppings to choose from. The gelatos were made from scratch then frozen. The food was delicious. The chef was great and provided us with recipe books and completion certificates.
This experience is an absolute must! Learned so much about the process of creating a delicious Italian meal, from the ingredients to the specifics of each step and origins of the dishes. And most of all it was SO FUN. The chefs and helpers were welcoming and helpful along the whole way. The pizza, pasta, and gelato were amazing at the end. We were throwing pizza dough, drinking wine, and laughing with our entire group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a thorough and enjoyable activity!
AMAZING process!! All the staff and chefs were so attentive and sweet. Would definitely recommend booking with family, friends, or loved ones. The food turned out incredible, cooked to perfection by the staff.
Loved this experience! Alessandro was an excellent teacher- very engaging and enthusiastic! My 13-yr old daughter loved it as well. And the food was amazing of course. Highly recommend!
A highly recommended place to visit in Rome. A very fun evening with lots of food and wine included. The chefs are lovely and keep you well looked after. A good experience for everyone including beginners.
