C'est un itinéraire conçu pour parcourir l'Italie avec l'amour des pâtes et de leurs saveurs, l'histoire et la culture unique de chaque région de notre beau pays. En découvrant toutes les astuces culinaires, il est incroyable de voir comment un déjeuner ou un dîner unique peut être créé à partir de quelques produits simples, grâce également à tous les produits de saison de la plus haute qualité et à vos mains guidées par nos Chefs. Ce n'est pas une démonstration. Pas de problème pour les végétariens ou les intolérants, l'option est incluse, faites-le nous savoir dans les notes de réservation et nous nous en occuperons. Cependant, l’ambiance est à la fête et à la famille, et les pâtes sont magiques pour cette raison. Selon la disponibilité des chefs, le cours peut également se dérouler en espagnol et en allemand.

Pasta class was delicious. Fun from start to finish. Learned how to make fresh pasta, had lots of laughs and enjoyed incredible food . Enjoyed some wine too!
What an enjoyable class! Chef Francesco was a great instructor with a great sense of humor. We learned how to make tagliatelle, ravioli and gnocchi. We also learned some useful tips for making bolognese sauce and cutting vegetables. All in our party of 4 enjoyed this experience.
Very thorough and organised cooking class My mother and I were very lucky there was only another couple in our group which made it very intimate and relaxing We got to learn quite a few ways of making different sources and different pastas with an added chicken dish as our main and a pancotta for dessert

The chef Stephano was amazing! A fantastic chef and a marvelous teacher. He instructed us in detail about the foods we used and cutting techniques. He made the class fun!

It was a great experience, which we cooked together with Francesco during the pasta course today. Francesco taught us to cook fettuccine, ravioli, gnoccis with different sauces. It was so much fun and the food tasted delicious. We are looking forward to cooking this at home again, because you get the recipes with :-). We can recommend the course 100%!!!
