Cours de Kimchi avec Chef Hakyung près de Gyeongbokgung place
Description
L'instructeur est un chef professionnel avec une formation et 7 ans d'expérience dans la cuisine coréenne. (Guide michelin de travail restaurant une étoile et consulat de Corée aux USA en tant que Chef) Le cours commencera par une démonstration suivie de la partie pratique. Pendant la démonstration, vous aurez du thé ou du soda, préparé par Chef avec des ingrédients de haute qualité provenant de plusieurs fermes coréennes. À la fin de la classe, vous apprendrez à cuisiner des aliments traditionnels coréens à partir de zéro. L'espace est également parfait pour prendre des photos pendant et après les cours, et vous pourrez prendre votre nourriture en studio ou l'emporter. Le studio est facilement accessible au palais de Gyeongbokgung et au marché traditionnel. J'ai hâte de rencontrer tout le monde!

A great teacher and very helpful and kind! She was very easy to talk to and made learning interesting and fun! She's super helpful with fun places to go in Korea for first timers too :)
S a fun experience to learn how to make Kimchi. My daughter loves it so it was great to learn how to do this. She was very informative, friendly and a great way to spend some time during our trip.

A very clean and cozy place. She made a delicious Korean seafood pancake before the class. We learned everything from the washing of cabbage to cutting and of course preparing the ingredients. She speaks great English and answered all our questions. It was amazing! The time was perfect, exactly as announced and we departed the place with our recently made kimchi .

Chef Hakyung’s kimchi class was amazing the overall experience was phenomenal. The small class size made it easy for Chef Hakyung to give her undivided attention to everyone in the class. She explained to us the history of making Kimchi as well as the different ways and styles to make Kimchi. The class was informative and fun! I especially enjoyed the seafood pancake and drinks she made while we were getting set up!
