Une expérience unique avec une professeure hors pair qui représente la cuisine génoise traditionnelle dans sa magnifique demeure du XVIIIe siècle. Ensemble, nous préparerons la fameuse focaccia génoise et la pizza Margherita, et nous dégusterons le tout avec du Prosecco frais.

What a delightful way to spend an afternoon in Genoa in a charming home with lovely hosts making delicious focaccia and Pizza. It was a warm welcoming environment that felt like cooking and sharing a meal with friends. The focaccia was amazing, not even close to anything I have eaten at home. And the instruction was simple, easy and fun. I would definitely recommend this as a must do activity while in Genoa.

I had a great experience with Tiziana; she welcomed me in her apartment near the center of Genoa, and we immediately started preparing pesto. She is a very patient and diligent teacher, she showed me exactly how to do it. In the end we had a beautiful pesto. I hope to return the next time I am in Genoa. Thank you!
