Rencontrez le chef Se eun Choi, qui est né et a grandi en Corée du Nord avant de commencer une nouvelle vie en Corée du Sud à partir de 2017. Elle partage maintenant les histoires, la culture et la vie quotidienne de sa patrie à travers la nourriture, créant un échange culturel significatif à travers la cuisine. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme du Département des arts culinaires de Séoul et acquis une expérience dans les restaurants et les hôtels, elle présente la cuisine Coréen de manière chaleureuse, accessible et moderne. Ce cours de cuisine unique ne se limite pas à faire à manger. Ensemble, vous apprendrez à cuisiner des plats de rue authentiques N Coréen tout en écoutant des histoires personnelles sur la vie en Corée du Nord, son voyage en Corée du Sud, et la signification plus profonde derrière chaque plat. C'est une occasion rare de comprendre une nation divisée par le goût, la conversation et la connexion humaine.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable experiences. It’s so much more than a 'cooking class', it is a powerful cultural exchange. Our hosts shared incredibly moving personal stories about their life and their journey, which gave such deep context to the food we prepared together. The dishes were simple, authentic and delicious, but the real highlight was the conversation. If you are looking for a genuine, human-to-human connection and a rare insight into North Korean culture, I cannot recommend this enough. It was an eye-opening and deeply emotional experience that I will remember for a long time.
