Description
Apprenez à faire trois différents types de pâtes siciliennes et une douce portion de dessert sicilien avec l'aide d'un instructeur expert. Ensuite, faites griller vos chefs cuisiniers avec du vin rouge local et assoyez-vous pour savourer le fruit de vos efforts. Cet atelier en petit groupe est limité à 12 personnes pour que l'expérience soit la plus intime possible.

A wonderful experience with Patrizia. We experienced authentic shopping at the Capo market followed by a hands on cooking class in her home. During the entire experience, Patrizia was warm and friendly making us feel right at home in her place. She eagerly answered all of our questions and was patient with our less than perfect pasta making. The adventure ended with a delightful lunch and a chance to get to know our fellow classmates. This was our second visit to Sicilian Days (we joined a class on our last visit in 2018) and we hope to come back in the future for another.
Patrizia was the ultimate hostess . From picking us up at the train station to sharing her beautiful country villa. The cooking experience was very intimate and so good. We will be back.

A small group of friends joined Patrizia for a Sicilian cooking class. The setting was stunning and the food delicious. Patrizia had beautiful music playing and we drank wine while we made pasta. This was a highlight of our two week trip to Sicily. We could not have asked for a better day! I highly recommend!

I was the only one who signed up and the chef was supposed to cancel the class The chef refused to cancel because she didn't want to issue me a refund for the class. The class never happened and I still haven't received my full refund yet.
Because the facts mentioned are clearly not true we list the real events: 1) we received the booking and contact the guest to ask if She has any allergies or food preferences because in the afternoon the market is not very active and so we buy the food in the morning ( she booked an afternoon session ) 2) we inform guest that it will be a private class for her because she will be the only one. That' s why we like to give the chance to whom is travelling lonely to book just for one person and we accept it, most of other companies not and cancel, this choice has been always appreciated by all our guests! 3) when she realizes to be the only one because we inform her ( and it is not a duty, but it is our professionality, she decides to cancel, but on viator is not possible to cancel last minute 4) she contacted viator to cancel and viator contacted us to have the permission to cancel. We could have said no because out of the rules, but we said yes to refund less the ingredients she had asked to buy for herself. For all these real facts what it is described by this person is totally unfair and fake, so I ask Viator to take distances and legal actions against people like these who could ruin and damage the good reputation of companies like ours. Perfect evening! We were a small group of four. It was a wonderful experience with good food, good wine and good company. The host Patrizia was super funny and gentle and made the cooking class till an experience we will not forget

A wonderful part about our historical tour and food experience was the pasta making. Fun and informative ( and of course paired with some great Sicilian wines ), I would recommend this to anybody who wants to get a hands on cooking lesson in a fun environment.

Patrizia is a first class person & cook. A bit on the pricy side but a fun filled evening with 4 couples all of us being from different parts of Canada. Lot's of food & wine so no concern there. Very pleasant evening dinner.
