Description

We could not believe the number of people waiting outside of De'Bardi's In anticipation of pasta cooking class, where we learned to make tortellini, ravioli, and pappardelle. The interest in the class was a testament to the organization and ease of entry; every detail from presentation of ingredients to dining were beyond our expectations. Our chef and guide through the cooking process was fun, entertaining, and passionate about good food. We look forward to and feel confident about making pasta when we return home.
great experience making pasta! room was slightly warm so i’d bring a personal fam but great food and great instruction!
Best pasta day with my Daughters
JACOB/CHEF WAS AMAZING great banter
Fantastic experience making pasta from scratch in a beautiful rustic building in a group environment. We went as a family with a 4 yr old and 8 yr old and they enjoyed it as much as we did (though obviously they didn’t partake in the bottomless wine). It was heavily recommended to us and we would pass on that recommendation without hesitation. It allowed us to escape the heat and do an activity together making our favourite food. Do it - you won’t regret it!
Good experience overall, my parents and I had lots of fun!
It is definitely not a ‘local small group experience’. Without exaggeration there were about 100 people waiting. The class was supposed to start at 14.30, instead all of this people were waiting until 14.50 while outside was 40 C. The restaurant did separate the people into smaller groups of about 20-30 people. There wasn’t AC just a couple of fans. The chef was pretty good at explaining but if you were there not ‘just for the fun’ but actually to learn how to make pasta you better ask questions. I would have appreciated if they have printed out of the recipes. All in all, it was ok organized, the pastas were tasty and everybody enjoyed the unlimited wine, however I wouldn’t do it again or recommend it.
Very fun and educative. Would do it again if i'm in italy
Gigi was an amazing host, so much energy and so friendly, he really made our pasta making experience enjoyable. Was very relaxed. Three types of pasta we made, water and wine on hand.
Great and energetic Pasta cooking class. Our Chef GiGi was excellent, and remarkably, the food we produced collectively was pretty good under his direction. Highly recommended experience with excellent host. Grazie Mille
