Ce cours de cuisine de la ferme à la table est une expérience pratique. Tout dépend de la saison, nous collecterons ce qui est disponible dans notre ferme. Nous vous montrerons et vous expliquerons toutes les plantes et arbres que nous avons. Vous découvrirez l'ancienne culture et les techniques de cuisine du Costa Rica. Les plats seront cuits dans une cuisine ouverte au feu de bois.

This was a fun and delicious night. We learned a lot about the organic farming before everyone was involved in some aspect of preparing a dinner. The dinner adapted to gf, df, and vegetarian diets. This was a family favorite for us.

My son likes to cook so this was a great bonding experience for us. We enjoyed walking around the small farm area before cooking. We all contributed to making ceviche with plantains, rice with chicken and empanadas. We left full and happy. If you’re staying in downtown La Fortuna this one was within walking distance to get to.
Andres was an amazing guide for our cooking tour! He was funny, cooked good food, and had a lot of neat things to share! Would recommend for those wanting a simple Costa Rican meal! The tour was supposed to be only 2 hours and he gave us 3 super fun interactive hours. He took into account allergies as well which was important to us! Would recommend. Pura Vida!
