Description
Dans un environnement familier et confortable, je vous guiderai étape par étape vers la création d'un menu sicilien complet à 3 plats, de l'entrée au dessert. Vous serez accueillis par un verre de bienvenue et immédiatement après vous enfilerez votre tablier pour commencer à cuisiner ! Nous commencerons par préparer une entrée qui varie selon la saison. Ensuite, je vous dévoilerai les astuces pour réaliser les meilleures pâtes fraîches à la maison, à commencer par la pâte à base d'eau et de farine, qui sera agrémentée d'une superbe sauce de saison que je vous apprendrai à préparer. Nous réaliserons également ensemble un dessert traditionnel selon la saison comme une gelée de pastèque ou une cassatella à la ricotta. À la fin de la préparation, nous dégusterons les plats accompagnés d'un excellent vin local.

We had the best time at Alice & Francesco’s cooking class in Palermo! Alice is very detailed oriented and technically perfect! Francesco told us the history of the dishes and how the ingredienys are sourced. We made a 3 course dinner comprised of CAPONATA DI MELANZANE, PASTA CON LA TONNINA and the best dessert ever -SEMIFREDDO ALLA RICOTTA. I never thought I would make pasta but I did! We were 2 couples in the class ; we are from India and they are from Ukraine. So there was a lot of wonderful cultural exchanges and knowledge transfer of cooking and dining traditions. I would highly recommend this cooking class in Palermo!! Thank you Alice and Francesco!!
What an amazing experience, Alice and Francesco were full of knowledge about the food we were preparing, and made the experience fun and inclusive for everyone. After 3 hours of cooking pasta from scratch we sat down and all shared in the bounty of which we created. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking to experience cooking some Sicilian cuisine. Having the shared meal really felt as if we were family.
We had a wonderful experience with Alice and her husband Francesco. We made delicious Sicilian food, we learned a lot about the history of the dishes and are so inspired to attempt the dishes again when we return home. Exceptional experience!

Loved learning to cook fresh Sicilian food
We loved it. This is truly a cooking class and we learned a lot about making Siciliaan cuisine. The food was excellent as well as the chefs.
My sister-in-law and I took this cooking class on our cruise stop in Palermo! Alice and Fernando were gracious hosts and shared their love of Sicilian cooking with us. We made eggplant meatballs, pasta, Sicilain pesto and a dessert. As they taught, they shared how sicilan dishes are different than other regions of Italy. They are lovely people and we enjoyed our casual conversation over the meal we shared. I would highly recommend them!

Alice and Francesco are terrific hosts. They explain the history and culture as you prepare the selected dishes. I was most interested to learn how to hand make pasta and to learn 5 different techniques. Everything was delicious as well. Definitely value for money.
