Profitez d'un cours de cuisine exclusif avec un chef professionnel dans un endroit charmant en plein centre historique de Bellagio. Notre cours de pâtes est dédié à la découverte de comment préparer des pâtes à partir de zéro. Vous apprendrez tous les trucs et astuces pour réaliser de la pâte à pâtes aux œufs et de la pâte à pâtes à l'eau. Faire une feuille de pâtes, trancher des tagliatelles et des fettuccines. Ensuite, nous vous expliquerons comment préparer des gnocchis et préparerons notre dessert italien le plus délicieux. Nous vous fournirons les ustensiles, la nourriture et tout le nécessaire pour le préparer. Les familles, les amis et les personnes curieuses de gastronomie sont chaleureusement invités à passer ce temps avec Alessandro pour une expérience italienne authentique ! Nous préférons accueillir des personnes de 1 à 5 personnes pour une expérience plus personnelle.

Cooking with chef Alessandro was a blast! My husband and I had a wonderful night learning to create homemade pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu! Everything was delicious! Chef was very friendly, knowledgeable and light hearted! Lots of laughter, music and amazing food! Highly recommend this tour! Definitely a highlight on our trip!
Do NOT book this experience. Chef Alessandro was a no show to our booked class. We arrived early to be safe, and watched him check in a couple to what looked like his guest apartment rental. He walked passed us without saying anything. We thought maybe he was just running late. After 15 minutes had gone by we called the number provided. She called the chef and then called us back to say 'something had gone wrong and he wouldn't be able to do the 5:00 class but could do it at 8pm (it's a 4 hour class), or the next day. We planned our whole travel days around this class so we said no and received a refund. This chef experience is unreliable and very disappointing as this was the one major event we had planned for our time in Lake Como.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We would like to clarify that the person you saw was not Chef Alessandro. Unfortunately, Chef Alessandro had an unexpected emergency that day and was in Como, about one hour from Bellagio. As soon as we were informed, we offered alternative options: to enjoy the included visit to the beautiful Villa Melzi Gardens before the class and reschedule the cooking experience for later that evening or the following day. We understand these options did not work with your travel plans. A full refund was therefore issued, and we were pleased to still offer complimentary access to the Villa Melzi Gardens. We sincerely regret this exceptional unforeseen circumstance and apologize again for not being able to deliver the experience as planned.
We had a blast with Chef Alessandro! My husband and I stayed in Bellagio for our honeymoon, and this cooking class was one of our favorite experiences. Chef Alessandro is so friendly, fun, and enjoyable to hang out with! We highly recommend!
We had so much fun creating an authentic Italian meal. Alessandro was fun, informative, and so genuine. We can't wait to try out the recipes at home. It was a wonderful evening and wonderful meal with great company! A must do!
This was by far our favorite activity of our entire trip. My son and I joined the chef and learned to make several local dishes. He was so patient with my son and guided him in making our lunch. The setting is amazing and it tuned out to be our favorite meal while in Italy!
This was one of the most incredible activities that we have ever done in all of Italy. The host could not have been more charismatic and fun. We had a group of five and every single person was highly involved, learned so much, and felt like the meal was ours that we made. If anyone is considering doing a class like this, the location, Bellagio is perfect, and they won’t regret it.
My wife and I did a cooking class with Chef Alessandro and it was amazing. He was extremely genuine and easy to talk to which made our experience awesome. He taught us how to make some traditional tagliatelle and gnocchi dishes as well as Tiramisu for desert. We would highly recommend anyone to do this experience and look forward to visiting Bellagio again to see Chef Alessandro.
