Super fun liked the stops and I learned so many cool facts
Katia was a great guide. She was detailed with her explanations of where to meet back, what time to come back, and explained history of places we visited. The time for each place was also just right, not too short and not too long. Overall the entire experience was excellent.
Katia was a brilliant tour leader, and explained everything clearly. Ronnie our driver was great too. We had plenty of time to explore each place.
Sonia our tour guide was amazing. Great job doing the tour in two languages (English and Spanish) while being fullly fluent in her native Italian. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Tony the bus driver was incredible on such narrow roads. Never a doubt we’d get where we needed to be safely. Get to the meeting place plenty early and make sure to check in with the guides who were holding up flags. They may be easy to miss in the crowd when you get there. The bus ride is a bit long but Sonia will keep you entertained. The boat ride along the Lake was great and Sonia pointed out all the cool and historic sites. There were tons of tourists wherever we went but Bellagio was incredible and worth dealing with the crowds.
Amazing experience, on time and very informative. Great tour will book again with Sonia and Tony.
Excellent tour with fabulous driver (Toni) and guide (Sofia). Recommend.
The tour was amazing by time mangement ,varaites and the company tour guide (sonia ) , driver (tony) are great .
Overall arrangement was good, went to two countries as scheduled. The tour guide was very quiet. Aside from handling the logistics, there was very little commentary on the history or culture. Most of the time on the bus was simply left for tourist to rest. Land tour time was also on our owned, she did not guide us to tour any places, as we were expecting this is a tour, not only transportation, that made tourist disappointing.
Dear Client, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify an important distinction regarding the structure of this excursion: Tour Leader vs. Local Guide: As clearly specified in the tour description prior to booking, this trip is accompanied by a Tour Leader (tour coordinator) rather than a local licensed city guide. The primary role of a Tour Leader is to manage logistics, schedule coordination, and transfers, ensuring the journey runs smoothly and seamlessly between countries. Itinerary & Free Time: The product details clearly outline that the time spent in the towns/villages is designated as free time for guests to explore independently at their own pace, rather than participating in guided walking tours. Information & Assistance: While tour leaders do not conduct formal guided lectures inside the towns, our team members are always enthusiastic, accessible, and prepared to share general insights, answer questions, and offer recommendations throughout the journey whenever asked. We appreciate your review as it helps future travelers understand the self-guided exploration aspect of this itinerary, and we thank you for traveling with us. Best regards, Davide
We did the tour in Portuguese/English with the guide Salvatore (I don't remember the driver's name now), and it was definitely a tour that was worth a lot. We would not have known places so cool and beautiful if we were alone. We were dying of the desire to swim in the lake and the guide Salvatore gave us the tip of the best place to get into the water and well that we followed his advice, we were very satisfied. I thought Salvatore was Portuguese, but he's Italian and speaks Portuguese very well. I highly recommend the walk. Thank you, Salvatore! I wish you all the best!
We came from Mexico and we loved it! Sonia is the best tour guide, she is really kind and gives you the best fun facts! It shows that she is passionate about her work.
