Vous préparerez de la sauce tomate fraîche avec des ingrédients de saison, confectionnerez des pâtes faites à la main à partir de zéro, et créerez les tiramisù bien-aimés avec des conseils Experts à chaque étape. Ensuite, détendez-vous à table et profitez du festin complet que vous avez préparé — de l’antipasto au dessert, suivi d’un expresso — le tout accompagné de vin à volonté et d’une grande compagnie. I cannot say enough great things about our experience here. First let me say that my family and I are frequent travelers and always indulge in local guided tours and experiences. This was far and away the most fun, educating, and frankly, tasty experience to date. Worth a trip to Lake Como to enjoy. There were 20 of us who did a combo wine tasting and cooking class for 6 hours. It went by very fast. The chef instructor, Marco, made the day so special. He is an amazing chef as well as former sommelier who was really funny right at the appropriate times. Super high energy and described every step of our processes in detail, including the science behind common recipes. Fascinating. We made 2 pastas and a desert from scratch and I dont remember how many fantastic regional wines we tasted (maybe shouldn't have had 3 glasses of the first round of Franciacorta). Everyone in my at some point came up to me during the day to ask how I had found this gem. Oh, and did mention that the setting could not have been more perfect either, down to and including the old growth grape vine with grapes growing in the courtyard. If you are planning a trip to Como, do not miss this opportunity!
It was a fabulous dinning experience! Your taste buds will never be the same. Everything you make is easy to do and so few ingredients. It ran lo ger than 3 hours, but the chef took care of us and since we had hired a driver, offered to pay for part of the trip. Totally unnecessary, but he gave us 2 bottles of wine for the inconvenience. Overall the class and food was awesome. Highly recommend it
