Coupe-file : Diamante Eco Adventure Park : Ticket Découverte du Sanctuaire Animalier

Description

Very disappointed. Went there to see two animals. Sloth and toucans. You were supposed to be able to walk into there enclosure and both were closed for construction. They did not say anything about that I even said to the lady we are only here for the two Then go to see the sloths and both are up in the tree where u could even see them Very bad day on top of that it cost 110. For two people Drove 1hr and wasted over 150.00
The animal sanctuary is still maintained and well-staffed. There were lots of helpful staff around to answer questions. Lots of animals and you can get up very close. We spent 2-3 hours. It's basically a zoo but most animals are native. Nice way to spend a half day.
The experience was awesome seeing all the animals especially the Monkey's and the sloths
We are so glad you enjoyed the animal sanctuary.
Free hotel pick up and drop off for Riu guests! Our cultural tour guide was awesome! We tried delicious coffee and chocolate! With our guide explaining each step of the process! Learning about sugarcane was very interesting and much recommended! The animal sanctuary was beautiful, lots of new animals you’ve probably never seen in person. It might rain because it’s a rainforest but don’t let it discourage you from going! It made the experience unforgettable in the best way possible! ¡Pura vida!
We are so glad you enjoyed your time with us at Diamante and the cultural tour.
The sanctuary was great , staff was super friendly and very knowledgable about all the different animals . the park was super clean and the animals looked very well taken care of.
Thank you so much for your five-star review.
Animal pass and coffee/chocolate/cane sugar. Very beautiful educational day and excellent buffet on site not too expensive. The paper map they give you could be a little more precise. Big negative point: 2 small Gatorades cost me $9US at the shop and they were room temperature. Furthermore, they only accept US dollars.
Merci!
My two grandchildren say this should be rated A+. We got to see the processes of the coffee and the chocolate being made and we got to taste both as well as the sugar cane chewing! The animal sanctuary was very very nice!
We love it when families have such a great experience with us. Thank you for your review.
It was an extremely hot day and most of the animals were sleeping during the mid-day peak. But we managed to see a few, enjoyed the grounds, and the buffet lunch was good, especially the chicken. Not sure if just the animal part is worth a dedicated trek here – they also offer zip lines, ATVs, and more – but it was on our way from the coast to the Liberia airport.
Thank you so much for your five-star review.
We were a little confused how to find our way around but, we figured it out. Sad the parrots were not on display due to renovation of their habitat.
We visited the animal sanctuary, walked down to the beach, and did the cultural experience and learned about the growing, harvesting, and making of cacao, sugar cane and coffee. Everyone was VERY nice and helpful. The entire experience was educational and entertaining and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the native animals and culture and sites of Costa Rica!
