The Mezquita is impressive and amazing, but the audio guide was boring and repetitive ... of the 40 audio guide segments I listened to about 7 which all essentially said the same thing.

The audio guide was not good. Until we had the tickets, we wandered around the area for 30 minutes. No one could help. But we then reached a lady by phone who sent us the correct tickets.

As explained in the activity information, two separate PDFs are sent approximately 24 hours before the visit: one contains the entrance tickets with the QR codes, while the second contains the instructions and link for the audio guide. In your case, only one of the two documents had been downloaded, which unfortunately caused the confusion upon arrival. For future visitors, we recommend checking the confirmation email carefully and downloading both PDFs before heading to the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba. We hope you nevertheless enjoyed visiting this extraordinary monument.

We bought the entrance tickets with audio guide to visit the mosque cathedral in Cordoba. The building is truly splendid and we really enjoyed our visit. However the audio guide was dreadful. There was no clear format to the information or a plan to follow it. The aurator used far too many superlatives and went on and on, frankly ending up as a distraction spoiling our experience. We turned off the audio and enjoyed just exploring and observing. I will never use an audio guide again. Either explore on your own or hire a real person guide.

A truly memorable visit and one of the highlights of our trip to Córdoba. The Mosque-Cathedral is an extraordinary monument with incredible architecture and history. The audio guide was very easy to download and use, which made the visit much more comfortable and convenient. The map provided was also very well designed and helped us navigate the different areas without any difficulty. My partner is German and I am Spanish, and we both really appreciated being able to listen to the audio guide in our native languages. The explanations were clear, interesting and easy to understand, which made the experience even more enjoyable for both of us. Cordoba itself is beautiful, lots to see…all walkable, nice places to eat/drink, less than half hour walk from the station. The highlight was the mosque which is simply amazing

It was not clear to me how to use the audio guide. At the time of entry, I tried to access the audio guide in the app and couldn't find it. It does not exist at all, or if it does, it is very hidden. When I realized that the link came in pdf instructions in an email that was sent, it was too late. What is the benefit of having installed the viator app, then?
