La visite comprendra les jardins historiques, le monument de Colomb et les thermes califaux – un espace unique reflétant la splendeur du passé islamique de Cordoue. Évitez les longues files d'attente jusqu'à la mosquée-cathédrale de Cordoue du VIIIe siècle et admirez sa forêt de colonnes et d'arcs doubleaux. Admirez le mihrab (abside) de l'ancienne mosquée, puis promenez-vous dans le quartier juif pour visiter le marché arabe et la statue en bronze du philosophe séfarade médiéval, Maïmonide. Terminez par une visite insi DE l'Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, l'une des résidences principales d'Isabelle Ire de Castille et de Ferdinand II d'Aragon. Alcázar DE los Reyes Cristianos, une des résidences principales d'Isabelle Ire de Castille et de Ferdinand II d'Aragon. Entrez par la porte d'entrée principale et plongez dans la merveilleuse architecture du palais, situé sur le site d'une forteresse construite par les Wisigoths et occupée plus tard par le Califat de Cordoue.

Great and very knowledgeable--guide has multiple masters degrees includin gin relevant field. Doing this makes you appreciate more of what you are looking at. Also had good pacing for pictures (always time at the end of each section).
Today was one of those travel days that reminds you just how powerful it can be to stand in places where history actually happened. 🌉 We walked across the incredible Roman Bridge of Córdoba, imagining the countless people who have crossed it over the centuries. 👑 We visited the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, where Christopher Columbus met with King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella as he sought support for his voyage across the Atlantic. Standing in a place connected to a moment that would ultimately change the course of world history was pretty incredible. 🕌⛪ And then came the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba (Mezquita-Catedral). This one was different. Walking through its famous arches and seeing the layers of Islamic and Christian history woven together in one extraordinary place was deeply moving and surprisingly emotional. ❤️ There are places you visit because they’re beautiful…and then there are places you feel. Today, Córdoba was both.

Our guide was amazing and very informative. Why 3 stars not 5 was the fact that they know the castle was closed for renovations and they still advise it in the pkg. They will message your the night before to inform you. So just book the mosque/cahthedral and that is sufficient

Interesting history walk but maybe a bit too long in July when heat hits 38+. By the end we were flagging

Unfortunately the castle is closed since in reform but the tour really is worth the price. Our guide was very good and the heat does not prevent a unique experience.

This was an amazing walking tour of Córdoba. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the history of all the places we visited. Easy walking for all abilities. The highlight is the Mesquita, but the other sites are fabulous too. The company is excellent with their communication. Highly recommend
