Our booking for 9 people was paid in advance. Our request when booking for 9 seats together was not met; according to the not-so-nice tour guide, we should have split up as follows: 4-2-2-1 in different cars. We are a group of older people and were at the meeting point on time shortly before 11 a.m.

Für die Fahrt um 11:00 Uhr wird in den Reservierungsinformationen darum gebeten, sich 15 Minuten vor Abfahrt am Treffpunkt einzufinden. Nach unserer Prüfung war zunächst eine Person Ihrer Gruppe wenige Minuten vor der Abfahrt vor Ort. Die vollständige Gruppe traf erst einige Minuten nach der planmäßigen Abfahrtszeit ein. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren die zusammenhängenden Plätze bereits anderweitig eingeplant, sodass wir Ihre Gruppe nicht mehr vollständig zusammensetzen konnten. Unser Team hat Ihnen angeboten, zu einer späteren Uhrzeit gemeinsam mitzufahren. Leider konnte dieses Angebot in der Situation nicht umgesetzt werden. Wir bedauern außerdem, dass die Kommunikation vor Ort nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist. Ihre Rückmeldung nehmen wir ernst und werden die Abläufe bei der Sitzplatzplanung und beim Check-in nochmals überprüfen.
We had a good experience. The trip was of an appropriate length and the story was thorough. We learned a lot about the area and the city of Würzburg. The price for the trip was reasonable. Regarding P-places, I would like to point out that if you come in campers, it is very difficult to find a place to park. But if you come in a regular car, there is a large parking space right next to the starting point of the journey.

Der Parkplatz direkt an der Residenz ist für PKW und kleinere, kompakte Wohnmobile geeignet, doch für große Reisemobile sind die Parzellen einfach nicht lang genug. In diesem Fall empfiehlt es sich, auf die größeren Park&Ride Parkplätze in der Nähe auszuweichen. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal in einer unserer Bahnen begrüßen zu dürfen. Online tickets are exchanged for paper tickets on site. We were also assigned our seats by a very nice lady. Very good, since the train was fully booked. The seats are unfortunately much too cramped, especially when somewhat larger people are sitting in the row. That makes it no fun then. The tour itself passes by the most important sights of the city of Würzburg. The information provided is very good, kept short and concise. I thought that was very good.

This was an ok tour. It isn't expensive, so it may still be worth doing. Especially if you have issues walking, definitely do it. The driver goes past a few things twice, telling you different things about them as you go. The staff are pleasant. And this does give you an interesting bit of information if you want to explore further. As I mentioned, it isn't expensive, so don't count it out.

Good entry to get to know Würzburg. The driver was very nice. Had booked for 12 o'clock and were already allowed to ride at 11 o'clock. Thanks again for that.
