La visite commence exactement à l'heure réservée. Le bus va au parc national du Vésuve (40 minutes) et s'arrête à 1000 mètres de hauteur et là, les clients auront du temps libre pour la visite du cratère. Les clients ont généralement 1 heure et demie de temps libre et pour atteindre le Top, il suffit d'environ 25 minutes à pied. Pendant la promenade, vous admirerez le golfe de Naples, la côte de Sorrente, Capri et d'autres îles. Une fois au cratère, vous pouvez le voir fumer (fumaroles) et des parties de lave solidifiée. Après cela, vous rencontrerez à nouveau notre chauffeur au même endroit où il vous a déposé et vous reviendrez au point de rendez-vous.
Vous découvrirez les secrets de Pompéi, une ville magique qui a été ensevelie par les cendres de l'éruption de 79 après JC jusqu'à ce que ses trésors soient découverts des siècles plus tard. This was meant to have been a tour of Vesuvius (3 hours) followed by a tour of Pompeii (2 hours). However, for an unexplained reason the tour company swapped them around. We were then taken on a tour that eventually lasted 2.5 hours. At the point the guide raised the timings with us we were pretty much at the furthest point from the bus that would have taken us to Vesuvius. As such we had no choice but to cancel the second part of the trip. That said, the tour of Pompeii was amazing and so much in facts and history. Well worth it but would advise against multi location tours. It simply doesn’t work. 5 stars for the tour, 2 stars for the organisers……3 stars overall.
Chaos checking in. Went to meeting point, told to go to another meeting point, then told to go back to first meeting point. Hike up Vesuvius scheduled for cooler morning hours was switched to hotter afternoon schedule. Pompeii guide was fabulous: knowledgeable and timely. Choas reloading bus.
I specifically booked this tour to visit Mt. Vesuvius first and Pompeii after Mt. Vesuvius which is how it appeared in the booking. However on our arrival we were directed to the guided tour of Pompeii first. We were then on a timeline as our bus to Vesuvius left in 2 hours and missed many of the sites in Pompeii. We requested to return to Pompeii after Vesuvius but were not allowed readmission once we left. Again I specifically booked the tours in this order so we would have more time at the end of our guided tour to further explore Pompeii. The guide did a good job explaining but we were all very disappointed we missed so much.
Would give this 0 stars if I could. I’m in the area with my fiancé to get married this week, and booked a last minute tour as a surprise less than 24 hours in advance. The morning of the tour, I needed to cancel or reschedule due last minute items that came up for the wedding. I used the customer chat and was told the tour operator would contact me within an hour. They never emailed me. I sent a follow up email, and spoke with another agent in the chat and they told me again that the tour operator would contact me. After 24 hours of zero communication from the “tour operator” I requested a PARTIAL refund, not even the whole ticket price. I recently received an email that says the “tour operator” denied my refund request, but NEVER contacted me as they said they would. I never even spoke to this “tour operator” and no one can tell me how to contact them to speak with them. Extremely disappointing the lack of communication and customer service. Would recommend going directly through the attraction sites for tickets and tours. They are much more helpful, and available if you have any issues with your tickets or need to make any changes. You’ll also get a real “tour operator” that responds to your questions and gets back to you like they say they will. I won’t use this app to book another experience anywhere. Buy your tickets anywhere else.
The tour was not long enough and we only saw a very small part of the ruins. Delayed by someone who needed wheelchair which they needed to collect then didn’t use.
This was a great excursion. We’ll put together an easy instructions to follow. Easy to find. Glad we did this! Pompei and Vesuvius.
