Itinéraire
Le tour d’aventure commence par une courte promenade du «centre d’aventure» à la première plate-forme à baldaquin où, après un bref exposé, la magie et l’expérience passionnante commencent. Cette excursion dans la canopée est la seule du pays à vous emmener dans un canyon au-dessus d’une rivière turbulente. Imaginez-vous en rappel, rock escalade, baldaquin, balançoires Tarzan et ponts suspendus, tous situés dans le majestueux canyon creusé par l'érosion du Rio Blanco pendant des millions d'années. Cette visite étonnante vous permettra de profiter de 12 «manèges» de câbles, de 24 plateformes, de 2 murs d'escalade, d'un pont suspendu, d'une via ferrata en rappel, de balancelles et de beaucoup d'adrénaline. Après le déjeuner, balade à cheval de 45 minutes à travers la forêt jusqu’à l’arrivée aux vestiaires où nous allons préparer l’aventure des tubes. Après une courte promenade, nous arrivons au pied de la cascade Victoria, où commence la tubulure. Ensuite, chacun reçoit son «tube» de rafting pour que l'adrénaline de votre corps cherche à se frayer un chemin, tandis que vous devez naviguer à travers les rapides cristallins de Río Negro.

The zip line in the canyon is breathtaking and thrilling. Incredible scenery. The tubing in the rapids was more fun and adventurous than we expected. The horseback riding was quiet and easy- We would maybe skip that next time. Lunch was plentiful and delicious. Would highly recommend this tour. We did not get much information or guidance throughout the experience so for first timers it was definitely more challenging. Beautiful location and layout. Ending the day at the Hot Springs was perfect a great cap to a wonderful day.
Three generations of our family did a day trip here. We did the excellently arranged zipline and climbing sequence through a variety of scenic areas and then the Rio Negro waterfalls and hot springs. Everything was exceptional - professionally arranged for a fun, safe experience, even for novice zipliners.

Beautiful place, with many fun activities, and helpful guides. The activities are not for the faint of heart, but I'm not faint of heart and the guides cared very much about our safety. There was a precise schedule of activities that can be changed based on the weather. The zip lining was over goregous canyons with waterfalls, my horse did not like other horses but was nice to me when I rode him, I had never done tubing down rapids before, and we saw wild monkeys before getting in the hot springs and volcanic mud. I only wish the photographers included my particularly handsome guide in at least one of the tubing pictures <3
Nice adventure day for families. Not too extreme but too much for grandma. Very organized and we felt safe.
The Tamarindo Travel staff were incredibly friendly. My partner and I did the Hacienda Guachipelin one day adventure tour and it was fantastic. Our guide, Harold, was funny, energetic, and really made an effort to educate the group about his country and culture. We did the turtle watching night tour and got to see an Olive Ridley sea turtle nesting on the beach. Our guide, Christian, was very well informed about local wildlife and protecting the turtle habitats. We also used Tamarindo Travel for transportation to and from the airport, and they were very punctual and efficient. We highly recommend using this service if you're in the Tamarindo area!
We landed in Liberia and the Tamrindo Travel rep was their waiting for us with our name on his sign. The vans are clean and comfortable and they provide cold drinks for you along the way. We booked two trips through them: an all day adventure that included horse back riding, tubing, zip lining and volcanic pools/mud bathing; and a river boat tour where we saw crocodiles and white faced monkeys. Jonny/Johnny was our tour guide and he was very professional and knowlegable about everything we did. He watched out for us in terms of making sure we were in line at the right time for attractions and food. He had a great deal of pride in Costa Rica and shared many cultural aspects of the country along with guiding us on our tour. At one point, he stopped the van so that the kids and I could get out and see some howler monkeys along the road. He was courteous, kind and we truly enjoyed our tours because of him and the other tour guides.
