Nous allons commencer à visiter le temple d’Inthakhin où a été placé le pilier de la ville. Ce temple était situé au cœur de la ville de Chiang Mai.
Nous visiterons Wat Phra Singh. Ce superbe bâtiment construit au XIVe siècle est l'un des plus beaux temples de Chiang Mai. Avec un terrain étonnant, un sanctuaire incrusté de mosaïques, une grande statue de Bouddha Lion et des pagodes dorées, il y a une séance de photos qui vous attend à chaque coin de rue.
Nous visiterons Wat Phan Tao. Wat Phan Tao est connu pour son exquise salle d'ordination de style Lanna (Wihan) entièrement en bois de teck, qui a servi de salle du trône sous le règne du roi Mahotara Prateth. C'est maintenant que l'image sacrée du bouddha Phan Tao est consacrée.
Nous allons visiter Wat Chedi Luang ce temple impressionnant a le plus grand stupa de Chiang Mai. En vous promenant dans le complexe tentaculaire, vous avez la chance de voir de près le design saisissant du style Lanna. Par rapport à Wat Chedi Luang,

The tour wa very well laid out and imformative. It was intetesting to get a petspective from a former monk I was ill that day and my guide took te tour slowly and helping me along the way. I would highly recommemd this tour.

Excellent experience the guide ex monk Katoon is super friendly and warm plus he knows in depth the world of Buddhism, explains with a lot of kindness and takes very good photos. Experience 100% recommended if you want an in-depth knowledge of the history of Buddhism in Chang Mai and Thailand.

Katoon spoke good English, was courteous and kind, and explained in detail what we were hoping for—a more detailed understanding of the origins and precepts of Buddhism, the background to the temples, and a better understanding of what we were witnessing.
