Cette tournée est très populaire pour les personnes qui n’ont pas beaucoup de temps pour visiter Chiang Rai; elle commence tôt, de Chiang Mai à Chiang Rai et retourne à Chiang Mai le même jour. Vous vous arrêterez pour visiter le célèbre temple Wat Rong Khun ou White. Ce temple au style thaïlandais contemporain et non conventionnel a été conçu et reconstruit par Chalermchai Kositpipat, un artiste local de Chiang Rai.

Le temple Rong Khun est unique par rapport aux autres temples en ce qu'il a été entièrement construit dans une couleur d'un blanc éclatant avec des reflets étincelants provenant de mosaïques en verre incrustées dans le plâtre blanc. Le temple est l’idée de M. Chalermchai Kositpipat, l’un des artistes les plus renommés de Thaïlande, qui souhaitait construire un temple tout en blanc pour signifier la pureté de Bouddha. L'artiste continue à mettre sa croyance religieuse et son désir d'enrichir le bouddhisme en Thaïlande dans sa conception d'art contemporain.
En cas de réservation Baan Dam (Black Museum) programme 207 km en voiture du milieu de la ville de Chiang Mai à Baan Dam (Maison Noire) est la création unique de l'artiste national, Thawan Duchanee. Mi-atelier d'art, mi-musée, mi-maison, Baan Dam est un mélange éclectique de bâtiments traditionnels du nord de la Thaïlande entrecoupés de designs modernes étranges. Baan Dam est une combinaison stimulante de sanuk, de surréaliste et de sombre et bien qu’il soit juste de dire que certaines œuvres d’art et certains thèmes exposés ne seront pas au goût de tout le monde, je vous recommande tout de même de visiter la Maison Noire si vous visitez Chiang Rai. Le temple bleu de Chiang Rai ou Wat Rong Seua Ten est situé à Rong Suea Ten dans le district de Rimkok, à quelques kilomètres de Chiang Rai. C'est un temple récent qui est encore en construction même si son hall principal est maintenant terminé. C'est avant tout son magnifique intérieur bleu avec un grand Bouddha blanc qui marque les esprits. Les peintures rappellent le style de ce que vous pouvez voir à l'intérieur du temple blanc (Wat Rong Khun). Le grand Bouddha debout, également blanc, se tenant devant le dos, est également superbe. Entre le Temple Blanc, la Maison Noire et le Temple Bleu, Chiang Rai est définitivement la ville des temples colorés!
Les sources chaudes de Mae Khachan se trouvent à Wiang Pa Pao, Chiang Rai. Les eaux thermales peuvent être expérimentées à un certain nombre d'endroits dans ce district, mais pour le voyageur suivant, cela signifie juste à côté de l'autoroute principale Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai 118 (des deux côtés de la route). La plupart des voyagistes décriront cela comme une attraction, mais pour être honnête, votre chauffeur a besoin d'une pause à mi-chemin de Chiang Rai et s'arrêtera que vous le vouliez ou non !

Visiter l'un des nombreux villages Karen Long Neck en Thaïlande est l'une des expériences les plus exotiques de la planète. Le mystère et la beauté qui sonnent la tradition d'utiliser des bagues en laiton pour des bijoux exagérés est quelque chose de mieux vu en personne que dans un livre. Nous avions des questions éthiques pour savoir si ces villages de tribus montagnardes se sentiraient comme des zoos humains, mais heureusement nous avons décidé de visiter quand même. C'est une expérience réelle du National Geographic Magazine que d'avoir à voir pour croire.

Wonderful Chiang Rai Day Tour! A full 10-hour adventure packed with highlights. The Long Neck Village was a fascinating cultural experience. Both the White Temple and Blue Temple were absolutely stunning in their own unique ways. We enjoyed a quick relaxing break at the hot spring, and ended the day at the amazing Lolita Café with great interior misty Jangol design, food, coffee and dessert was available on Restaurant. Well-organized tour, great guide with good English and very helpful. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This temple is gorgeous!! Amazing experience. Lot of things to see here. A few stores outside. Lots of people. Didn’t go with a tour. Big parking lot across the street.

The guide was hard to understand, short and did not have a lot of detailed information on the temples. The driver was driving fast around corners making others feel unsafe. I would not recommend this tour again.
Thank you for your auditor normally we have profesional tour guide and always train and briefing every time before tour, in this case we talk with tour guide and give them warning verbal for the next trip (some guide lazy but we don't know on tour, then we have auditor like you to improved our srvice). The guide and the sites were amazing. The only downside and why I am giving this a four is the transportation. Yes it had A/C but for such a long trip it was very crammed. I would suggest to anyone looking to visit these temples to make the effort and book 2 night stay in Chiang Rai. If you do this, you will avoid the 6 hour car ride(3hrs there and 3hrs back) You will also be able to reach the temples bright and early avoiding all the crowds.

A very fulfilling trip. The guide was not only passionate, But Also really funny. He explained a lot of history behind each temple, and each creator. He cracked good jokes and took well care of us. Made sure we had water, ate when we had lunch and reminded us to always Ask if there was any problem or question. Felt safe and taken care of through the whole trip. Driver was Also very good and skilled. Would recommend everyone

Very beautiful, each with its own characteristics, especially the White Temple, which is magnificent in the sun and beautiful. The coloured fish in the pool are full of fairytale colours. The whole feel of the Black Museum is a handmade art gallery, in a large estate, with different architectural shapes. It's worth a visit.

If you’re looking for a small group tour, skip this one. We booked it because it said small max 10 people. However they pick you up in a van and then bring you to a location where there is a coach bus waiting - over 30+ people. The tour started at 7am waiting for the van and was supposed to go 11 hours however we did not get back to the hotel until 9:45pm (15 hours). Lunch was provided however breakfast is on your own and so is dinner (ours was at the last rest stop -gas station). Try and eat prior or you will be very hungry and looking for food at rest stops. The temples were great but certainly not worth a 15 hour trip. Very long day with a lot of waiting for the large group of people.
