A beautiful discovery, the place invites to understand all the fascination and subtlety of champagne preparation. The cellars are huge, constant temperature of 13°, the comments given by the young woman are very interesting and timely, the visit lasts 1h30, we liked it a lot, we learned a lot about how to produce and taste this wonderful nectar. The tasting is a solemn moment to understand all the work that goes into getting there has an intense pleasure. Congratulations to all those working people, for our great pleasure.

Wow! Great experience with Rad in Epernay and Reims. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the art and science of making Champagne. We learned so much from him and were also pleased to make new acquaintances with champagne makers along the way. Am sure we are done traveling to the vineyards in California as France is our new favorite wine region, for sure. Be sure to add on the lunch experience as it provides a wonderful opportunity to better understand how to pair great food and champagne!
The tour we took of Champagne was so much more than we expected. This trip was a bucket list item for us and the day tour took us on a journey of where champagne originated, how it is made, small producers, an intimate lunch and Moet at Chandon. Plenty of time for memorable pictures and fun tid bits about the region and customs! Highly recommend - thank you Radames!
Our tour guide, besides being 40 minutes late, was terrific. Radames Pera shared his love for the Champagne region and his passion in imparting as much knowledge to his guests. The private tour to Morley was the highlight. One has to experience this best part of the tour. The disappointment was the Moet and Chandon tour. At the price, the information/ presentation was very superficial and sterile. However, the Tour of the underground caves was cool and intriguing. To summarize, skip the big guys, visit the lesser known wineries.
Pierre was our tour guide for this all-day private tour, and he was amazing! It started with him picking us up at our hotel in Reims and taking us to a small winemaker house in Epernay. This was the best stop of the tour. We selected the lunch option which was great because Pierre took us to a cute champagne house to eat and have another tasting with lunch. We then went to moet and Chandon for a tour. We had extra time at the end, so Pierre took us to another champagne house he was familiar and then took us back to reims. The best part of the tour was Pierre, he was simply great and really made the day about us and what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to spend a day in Epernay!
A must do! We had a wonderful tour with Radames! He was so full of incredible history and knowledge on the region and champagne. He was a wonderful guide, showing us little hidden gems and taking time to point out sites that may not have otherwise been seen. We were traveling with our 7 month old and needed to make a stop for diapers and he was so helpful and patient - he even walked into the grocery store to make sure we found what we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would recommend many times over. We will be back to Reims!
My husband and I booked this tour because it had great reviews and it certainly did not disappoint. Radames was our tour guide and, in addition to being fluent in English and very informative about the region and the champagne making process, we truly enjoyed his company and felt like we were being shown around by an old friend. We both would highly recommend this tour and Radames as the tour guide to anyone interested in touring the area.
One of the staff called me stupid because I just opened a bottle and wanted to go to the taxi . The staff was extremely rude! We spent over £600, however the service outside the restaurant was led then1*. Rude and racist! The manager try to cover up offering bottled of champagne, after I refused it she asked me to leave????? How this is good customer service,? Is that really ok?
Bonjour Madame, I took your comment into account and it seems that you did not travel with us. Our name is France Bubbles Tours (by France Intense). Could you please see in order to write on the page of the concerned provider? Best regards, Laure GREGOIRE Agency Manager
Our Guide Raphael was extraordinary! His ability to relate and engage everyone in our group of 8 was very professional. We were surprised and pleased that Raphael took us to on a tour of the city of Reims with a special stop and informative tour or the Cathedral. His encyclopedic knowledge of the production of Champagne never ceased to amaze us, He recommended his local favorite restaurants and shopping stores which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and recommend Raphael as your guide!!!
You arrive in the city of Eperney and anywhere is fantastic many houses do Champagne and when you go on the tour of Moet and Chandon explain from the beginning of the family the progress and to the present day. You walk through the cavas and finally taste the champagne. Super experience.
