Profitez d'une journée spectaculaire de navigation de Cancún à Isla Mujeres dans une aventure amusante ! Vous naviguerez vers Isla Mujeres dans l'un de nos merveilleux catamarans, choisissez entre notre bateau classique ou notre bateau de luxe de plus petite capacité pour profiter d'une atmosphère exclusive. Vous pouvez profiter de notre bar ouvert tout en regardant les belles couleurs de la mer des Caraïbes. Nous arriverons à notre club de plage exclusif où vous pourrez manger un délicieux déjeuner buffet, nager sur la plage ou vous détendre dans les hamacs. De retour sur le voilier, vous pourrez faire l'activité spinnaker et vous pourrez également plonger dans l'un des plus beaux récifs coralliens d'Isla Mujeres (selon les conditions météorologiques). The crew were all great and really nice but...the snorkeling that I went mainly for was mostly spent swimming to the spot then only given less than 5 minutes to actually see the reefs, fish, and statues before being told we had to get back to the boat. Despite great weather with low winds, we weren't even offered the Spinnaker. Then on the island the instructions for the golf carts were unclear so we missed out on that as well. The beach club and lunch was nice. We will be going back to the island to tour with golf carts but will be going with a different company. Same with snorkeling.
The day I went on this Catamaran Adventure, it was pouring heavy heavy rains 🌧 and the forecast stated it would be for the entire day. I assumed they would call me and CANCEL....This company is soooo money hungry they would not cancel and refund money or reschedule for another day, and if I cancel, I would not get my money back. So I decided to go. By the time we arrived to the boat there were no seats but the outside so here we are in the pouring rain on this boat. 😠 It really felt very unsafe to operate it that stormy weather. Shame on me for going. I will say the staff is very attentive, nice and constantly asking if your ok and giving out drinks. There was no snorkeling or swimming. The buffet was very very delicious 😋 with a variety of foods. The rain cleared up 1 hour before we left the beach and we enjoyed that time. Moral of this story... Come hell or high water this Catamaran is NOT going to cancel for any reason. 👎🏽

The experience was amazing. The employees were super friendly. The open bar was great, unlimited drinks! The catamaran was confortable and spacious. I wish we could stay longer at the island, but everything else was excellent!

Great for the most part. Snorkeling was bad tho… very short (30 minutes) there is so many boats around, its extremely busy so you have to stay with your group with barely any space around and your guide just yell the whole time to make sure you dont get mixed up with the other groups… can’t bot even be free to go wherever you want

I don't drink and was there with my daughter. The staff constantly checked on us and was very accommodating. Johnny was especially attentive. He went above and beyond and wished I had more to tip. His customer service was top notch along with the other staff and I wished I was told their names for review. The golf cart tour was great and scenic. I have and will recommend this staff for future tours.

Despite the effort of the ground and board teams, I found the ride weak. The boat is very beautiful! A lot of time spent in the activity "snorkeling", lunch in a medium restaurant and only 40 minutes to get to know the island, basically in the shopping center.

We booked this excursion the day before and called to confirm our pick up and were sent a confirmation email. The next day was the day of the excursion and we were outside our hotel waiting to be picked up by 9am as the boat was leaving the marina at 9:30. At 9:30 we still had not been picked up and had called several times to see where they were at and they had not answered. We went to our concierge (keep in mind they could not do anything as we did not book through them) to see if they could possibly help. Luckily, they were able to get in contact with the company and we were informed that our bus broke down and was not able to pick us up. If we had still wanted to go, we would need to take a taxi to the marina and we would leave on a later boat. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t call (or answer) to tell us that. The lack of communication is astounding. Once we got to the marina - that was a whole journey in itself - we were told the bus did not actually break down, but that the company forgot to book it all together. We were assured that once we got back from the trip that transportation would be ready for us. BUT when we got back no one knew who was taking us home and everyone who works in the office for bookings were gone for the day. After about 30 minutes of going back and forth, they finally were able to find someone to take us back to our hotel. While the trip was fun, it was not worth the headache from the lack of communication and professionalism.

What a great day! If you want to see and do a lot, this is a great option. If you want a lot of time to snorkel, you’ll be happier with another option. Also be aware that this is a very “party boat” environment. Here’s a play by play. Check in: kind of a nightmare. Be prepared. The process for paying the dock fee and checking in at the port is pretty awful. But this trip appears to put you at the front of the line. Have water and plan to stand in the sun and sweat a lot. Boat: the boat we were supposed to have broke down, so we had a “Cousin Eddie’s RV” vessel. But it was fine. It got us there safely. With the drinks flowing and the music pumping, nobody cared. Beach Club/Lunch: beach club is decent. Lots of seating. Ample shade. Great food and drinks. Don’t miss the tequila tasting. Gold cart tour: super fun! We really enjoyed whipping around the island. Snorkeling: Saw lots of fish and some beautiful coral, but as avid snorkelers, we would have liked a bit more freedom to do our own thing. Overall, it was a wonderful day and I would recommend it!
