Steenberg, connu sous le nom de Swaaneweide en 1682, est presque certainement la plus ancienne ferme de la vallée de Constantia, encore plus ancienne que Groot Constantia. Au début, le raisin de table était sa principale exportation. L'histoire de cette ferme est quasiment indissociable de celle d'une femme formidable, Trijin Ras. La ferme que nous voyons aujourd'hui a été construite en 1740. Depuis 1988, Steenberg est connue pour son domaine de golf haut de gamme, ses restaurants et ses vins.
Groot Constantia se présente comme un pignon d'excellence pour l'industrie du vin et est un exemple idéal pour la préservation du patrimoine culturel et historique du pays. C'est une ferme viticole pleinement opérationnelle. Les produits Constantia ont été salués, entre autres, par Napoléon, Bismarck et Louis Philippe de France.
Constantia Glen est situé en dessous, Constantia Nek. C'est un domaine viticole pittoresque qui produit des vins de climat frais ultra-premium. Leur salle de dégustation propose des vins étonnants accompagnés de délicieux plateaux ou plats principaux au choix.
