Itinéraire
Commencez par un ramassage à votre hôtel à Cancún ou sur la Riviera Maya, puis rendez-vous à Maya Jungle Rush, où votre expérience commence dans un décor de jungle. Commencez par planer à travers les arbres sur une série de tyroliennes, puis traversez des ponts suspendus qui remettent en question votre équilibre tout en offrant une vue unique sur la canopée forestière. Retournez au sol et échangez votre harnais de tyrolienne contre un VTT, puis suivez un Guide sur les sentiers accidentés de la jungle, cognant sur les rochers et les racines entourés d'une épaisse forêt. Terminez la journée façon Yucatan en vous rafraîchissant dans un cénote : vous pourrez faire du tyrolienne, du saut de falaise ou prendre les escaliers dans la piscine souterraine, qui fait partie d'un massif système de grottes calcaires creusées par l'eau douce. Retour à la base (photos du jour disponibles à l'achat), puis retour à Cancún et à la Riviera Maya, où se termine cette visite.

La prise en charge est incluse et facultative. La prise en charge depuis Playa del Carmen est uniquement disponible pour l'horaire du matin. Si votre hôtel est situé en dehors de notre zone de ramassage, un point de rendez-vous central sera recommandé lors de la reconfirmation. Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste, veuillez nous laisser une note avec le nom de votre hôtel afin que nous puissions convenir du lieu et de l'heure de prise en charge les plus proches. Si votre hôtel ou Location de vacances est en dehors de la zone de prise en charge, il vous sera demandé de vous rendre au point de rendez-vous le plus proche. Veuillez consulter la liste des hôtels sur la page de paiement pour confirmer si votre hôtel fait partie des lieux de prise en charge disponibles. Le ramassage a généralement lieu jusqu'à 100 minutes avant l'heure de début de l'activité, selon la circulation et la distance du parc. Votre heure exacte de ramassage sera toujours confirmée par l'un des membres de notre équipe, alors gardez un œil sur vos messages ou votre téléphone.

RoRo and his entire team were amazing.. I did Single ATV, zipline, horse back riding, an swimming in the beautiful blue water we also was supposed to do tequila tasting but here in mexico u never get thirsty as the supply of tequila is always there do we decided to take a break on this day nut I believed it to wud of been great... so if I had to rate everything I wud say 10 out of 10

I had a fun time! Danny Flo was our guide. All of the activities were great and well explained. For the atv pack sunglasses and for the water/cenote and zip line buy water shoes in advance unless your can keep your flip flops on when zip lining. I didn’t want the stress and had to pay $30 for water shoes. They try to sell photos at the end but it was expected. The photos were nice and I bought one for $15. It was a digital image.

We were completely in the dark about what this experience actually entailed. I cannot believe the reviews did not specify a 2+ hour ride from the Hotel Zone with the illogical pickup schedule. Additionally, equipment and safety were not taken into consideration. Our group was not offered helmets for ATVs because “they didn’t have enough.” When it was time to zip line we were offered some, but there were not enough for the entire group. They were also wet and unsanitary. Someone in our group was almost sent on the zip line with only one clip secured. My calf was burned from the heat of the ATV engine. There was no clear direction or sense of urgency. The cenote itself was green, not blue and much shallower than the pictures showed. It was an underwhelming and disappointing experience. Staff was negligent and not at all focused on guest experience.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, Sol and her entire team made us feel welcome. They were kind, helpful, funny, and made the whole adventure unforgettable. We went as a family—my husband, our two daughters (13 and 16), and me—and every activity was amazing. We did the ATV tour, horseback riding, swam in the cenotes, and enjoyed the tequila tasting. Everything was well organized, safe, and so much fun. A special thank you to Sol for making our 13-year-old daughter feel comfortable. She was nervous and didn’t want to drive the ATV at first, but Sol encouraged her with so much patience and kindness that she ended up enjoying every minute of it. This experience was absolutely worth every penny. We made wonderful family memories that we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

The experience was great. The ATV instructions weren’t super clear & I don’t drive fast so that part being rushed was annoying. The guides stopped everyone and made me go to the back since I wasn’t zooming on the rocks fast enough. Other than that, the excursion is worth its money & is a good time.
