Rejoignez Taco Attack, un voyage alléchant à travers le centre-ville de Cancun où chaque bouchée raconte une histoire et chaque arrêt est purement magique. Nous parcourons les rues colorées à la recherche de tacos, nous imprégnant de l'ambiance locale et découvrant des trésors cachés. Tout droit sorti de nos taquerias préférées qui ont nourri des générations, voici le vrai Cancun, servi chaud et frais. Ensuite, plongez dans l'univers des tacos les plus emblématiques de Cancún, des classiques mijotés aux saveurs côtières en passant par les spécialités locales. La sélection change selon l'heure de la journée, et c'est précisément le but. Matin ou soir, chaque visite est une histoire différente. Amateurs de viande, végétariens, passionnés de salsa, tout le monde est le bienvenu. On met le feu aux poudres avec une sélection de salsas à tomber par terre. Besoin d'une pause ? Profitez d'une dégustation gratuite de tequila et de mezcal. Juste au moment où vous pensez être rassasié... Churros, glace mexicaine ou palette pour conclure l'affaire. C'est bien plus qu'une simple visite. C'est une attaque de tacos inoubliable !! Alors préparez-vous à dire : « Encore un taco ! »

Itinéraire
C'est ici que tout commence. Votre guide est prêt. L'aventure commence maintenant. Visite du matin : Café en pot ou agua fresca, biscuits animaux et une enchilada chaude pour vous ouvrir l'appétit. Le vrai Cancun, dès la première bouchée. Visite en soirée : Esquites. Le maïs de rue mexicain en tasse. Épazote, mayonnaise, fromage, citron vert, piment. Une seule bouchée et vous comprenez.
Visite du matin : Tacos en panier. Cuisson à la vapeur depuis l'aube, remplissage depuis toujours. Essayez le chicharron prensado. Meilleure vente dans tout le Mexique. Maintenant vous savez pourquoi. Visite en soirée : La salbuta. Soufflé, croustillant, garni de cochinita pibil. Ajoutez du piment habanero si vous l'osez. Voici le Yucatan sur une tortilla.
Visite du matin : Cochinita pibil ou lechon. Cuisson lente toute la nuit dans de l'achiote et de l'orange amère. Enveloppé dans une tortilla chaude. Ajouter des oignons marinés. Prenez un instant. C'est vraiment excellent. Visite en soirée : Tacos de poisson pané à la bière. Tacos croustillants aux crevettes. Cancun côtière dans une assiette. Frais, audacieux, inoubliable.
Visite du matin : Tacos de guisado sur une tortilla de maïs bleu fraîchement préparée à la main. Ce que le cuisinier a préparé aujourd'hui. Pas de menu, pas de script. De la vraie cuisine mexicaine maison. Cette imprévisibilité est tout l'intérêt. Visite en soirée : Suadero. Saucisse. Tripes croustillantes. Choisissez votre arme. Tout est cuit à la perfection. Avis aux végétariens : la quesadilla au fromage fera des envieux parmi les amateurs de viande.
Visite du matin : La pescadilla. Poisson frais à carapace dure, façon Cancun. Croustillant à l'extérieur, frais à l'intérieur. La mer sur une tortilla. Visite en soirée : La toupie tourne. Al pastor, fraîchement tranché, déposé chaud sur votre tortilla. Le taco qui définit le Mexique. Il vous en faudra deux.
Tequila 101 Blanco, reposado, mezcal. Trois verres, trois histoires. À l'issue de cette étape, vous ne regarderez plus jamais la tequila de la même façon.
Visite du matin : Maya chelada. Un citron vert ou une orange amère, des glaçons, et cette soif après la marche. Léger, local, parfait. Santé. Visite en soirée : Une margarita classique pour clore la soirée. Citron vert, sel et bonnes ondes. Santé.
Visite du matin : Glace artisanale ou palette, à votre choix. Mamey, corossol, tamarin, hibiscus. De vrais fruits, une vraie saveur. La fin parfaite. Visite en soirée : Churros tout juste sortis de la friteuse. Chocolat, cajeta ou lait concentré. Doux, chaud, prêt.
Mission accomplie Ventre plein, grands sourires. C'était Cancun, servi un taco à la fois. Tu l'as fait, Guerrier des Tacos. Mission accomplie.

EXPERIENCE: 10/10 !!! I had the pleasure of doing my Tour with Antonio, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable on the culture and knew a lot of cool spots. I went solo, but he definitely made me feel comfortable and his vibe was truly amazing! Now let’s talk about the food and drinks: I had a few tacos along the way in a market area (SOOO YUMMY) and some tacos in a few restaurants (very authentic), had some eqsuite (delicious but spicy), and had some shots for the tequila tasting! I felt safe and was having fun in doing so, I would recommend to others and solo travelers!! Shoutouts to Antonio, he’s the BESTTTT !!!
