Nous sommes un parc éco-touristique situé sur la Route Cenote à Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. Notre parc offre un large éventail d'activités amusantes pour toute la famille, y compris des promenades en VTT, des tyroliennes, des ponts suspendus, l'exploration de cénotes et la cuisine traditionnelle maya. La prise en charge est incluse et facultative. La prise en charge depuis Playa del Carmen est uniquement disponible pour l'horaire du matin. Si votre hôtel est situé en dehors de notre zone de ramassage, un point de rendez-vous central sera recommandé lors de la reconfirmation. Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste, veuillez nous laisser une note avec le nom de votre hôtel afin que nous puissions convenir du lieu et de l'heure de prise en charge les plus proches. Si votre hôtel ou Location de vacances est en dehors de la zone de prise en charge, il vous sera demandé de vous rendre au point de rendez-vous le plus proche. Veuillez consulter la liste des hôtels sur la page de paiement pour confirmer si votre hôtel fait partie des lieux de prise en charge disponibles. Le ramassage a généralement lieu jusqu'à 100 minutes avant l'heure de début de l'activité, selon la circulation et la distance du parc. Votre heure exacte de ramassage sera toujours confirmée par l'un des membres de notre équipe, alors gardez un œil sur vos messages ou votre téléphone.

Sol was a great guide! She was attentive to all in her assigned group. She was encouraging & encouraged everyone. Great experience!
Terrible logistics; the ATV tour does not have an established circuit. They take you to the entrance and back the same way you came in. The zip lines and the tequila tasting were the only things we enjoyed, and they were done in a timely manner. At the cenote, we were only given about 15 minutes to be there, and they rushed us to take us for lunch. Once we were in the food area, they had to improvise a table because the place was already full, and there was nowhere to sit. We paid for a "full lunch," and what we received were two mini tacos per person with only two options for filling: cochinita or vegetables with rice. The tacos could be finished in two bites. We were not given drinks; we had to buy instant soup and sodas, which we could not finish there because the guide was again rushing us, saying that our transportation was already waiting for us. We had to take everything with us and eat on the way back in the van. At no point were we allowed to use our cell phones, so we do not have a single photo as a keepsake because, of course, they need to profit and sell the photos they take. On the way back in the van, the driver was a bit more accommodating, letting us off closer to our destination, but as we got near the agreed point, he wanted to drop us off on the road and have us cross, risking an accident.
