Cancún Catamaran à Isla Mujeres + tuba, Open Bar et déjeuner

This tour is a complete waste of money and every employee on board is out to scam you into paying extra for various things and selling you experiences such as renting golf carts claiming to be at a good rate compared to booking them on the island which is yet another scam and they pressure you into paying the money before you board out of the watch so that you cannot even check the prices outside. They force you to pay in USD and request for an u fair amount if you opt to pay in local currency. They constantly force you to tip than and force you into paying for photographs and various excursions. They waste time on water so that you have little to no time on the island. They lie to you saying that you have enough time to travel the entire island via golf cart and have time to swim in the sea but you absolutely do not you will relapse that you are almost racing time just to get from one point to the other without actually being able to enjoy anything. The drinks are watered down and we never got the snack they claimed to give us. The snorkeling was also very rushed. Pickup was late by hours and they make no exceptions for the return time even though it was their fault. Please do not take this tour almost all tourist on board were dissented and complaining and has the same experience as us. I am so disappointed and disheartened by how we were lied to and forced into paying for things thinking we would get scammed out side as did the staff tell us having to realise it was the staff on board that scammed us. There is no care for safety. We were not given proper safety instructions before snorkeling nor did they check for a license when renting golf carts where as all other places did require a license. This is just some of what happened. Please go with larger company or better yet booms ferry to the island and explore on your own by renting a golf cart. You will spend much less money and truly enjoy the experience.

We had a great day going to Isla Mujeres Everyone on the boat was very friendly and kind and even accommodated us as we wanted to tour on our own a bit. The price was miscommunicated with the original person who booked but the workers on the boat were not to blame for that. I would book again they picked us up no problem and made it easy to find. We got to jump in and swim and snorkel and good vibe. Not too much party just the right mix to relax I would recommend again!

Pick up was prompt at our resort. Josh our driver was excellent! Alvin was ready for us as soon as we arrived. The crew was excellent. Snorkeling led by Lalu and Angel was great. Saw a lot of fish and coral. All in all, 5 Stars! Absolutely would recommend!

This was a great excursion highly recommend. Picked me up from my hotel and I booked it only a day prior. Very attentive crew and a surprisingly big lunch. Just a heads up the snorkeling is brief but only because you get a bit of everything. Isla mujeres is a great time. We got the golf cart which was definitely worth it. All in all great time.

Unfortunately, this tour was a disappointing experience from start to finish. From the moment you step on the boat, it felt like a constant attempt to get more money out of you. They ask for an additional 20USD or 400MXN as dock fee. They repeatedly tried to sell us photos, and even after we said “no” multiple times, they continued to pressure us into buying them by printing them out. We were also sold a golf cart rental at what they claimed was a “good” price because we had booked the catamaran tour already. They told us that if we were a few minutes late returning the golf cart, they wouldn’t charge us, unlike if we rented one on our own on the island. However, when we picked up the golf cart, we were told that we’d be charged for every additional minute. The information we were given was completely inconsistent. Another red flag was the golf cart rental company they took us to. They didn’t even ask for a driver’s license before handing over the cart. We later noticed that other legitimate rental companies on the island required a valid driver’s license and the prices were lower (around MXN400), which made us question the company we were directed to. We didn’t want to snorkel, we simply wanted to get into the water, but the tour guide told us that wasn’t allowed unless the captain made an exception. We were then told we should leave the captain a tip for allowing it, which felt like yet another way to pressure us into spending more money. The tour also advertised a snack after snorkeling, but we never received one. The drinks served on board were extremely watered down, and the entire experience felt rushed. We spent most of our time on the boat. Overall, the day felt more focused on upselling and extracting extra money than providing a relaxing excursion. I would strongly recommend skipping this tour altogether. Instead, take the ferry to the island and spend the day exploring at your own pace. There are plenty of legitimate golf cart rental companies, you’ll have more time to enjoy the island, and you won’t have to deal with the constant sales pressure, misleading promises, and money grabs that made this tour such a disappointing experience.

The overall organization was a little bit hectic, some hurry up and wait, but all in all it was a smooth trip. The drinks were flowing, music playing, young and old having a good time. The host and body staff were GREAT! Lots of fun, and drinks! We went straight to the island for the buffet. This was the low point of the trip and the reason I deducted the star. The selection was strange: corn tortillas next to spaghetti next to mashed potatoes, rice & black beans, salad (not so fresh), and a chicken dish. The ICE BAR was legit! Very neat setup, and felt cool and sexy. Definitely check that out. Tour of the island, shopping and the beach available. Plenty to do for anyone's taste. Then headed back with more drinks. The snorkeling was great for my first time. Crystal clear water. We would do it again, with some small tweaks to have the best experience. Would recommend for sure!
