During the booking, I was never asked at what hotel I would be. I was later called and told them my hotel, but my E ticket had a separate meeting place. Because I had gone to the separate meeting place and someone had to come pick me up there and take me to the rest of the tour group, it caused us all to have less time on the hike. The guide, Zee, was great! She could tell about the use of plants by the natives and other interesting things.

It was a great tour! Lovingson in very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He also takes very good pictures :)

An unforgettable day at Cameron Falls! This tour exceeded every expectation. Our guide Zinsi was absolutely wonderful knowledgeable, warm, and a true joy to spend the day with. She was caring and considerate of all ability levels, making sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and included throughout the hike. Her passion for the area really shone through and made the whole experience super memorable. The falls themselves were stunning, and the shared bus made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour and if you're lucky enough to get Zinsi as your guide, you're in for a fantastic day. Five stars!

Sapphire was very knowledgeable of the area and its history and very patient with us as we were not the quickest navigating the trail. The falls were spectacular sight and we were glad we took the tour. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience some of the natural habitat.

What a great way to get outside Yellowknife for a few hours and see the woods. Zinsi was a fantastic guide - very easy to travel with, knowledgeable, friendly, and well prepared. She managed the pace well and confirmed with me before going into any trickier areas. The falls were incredible and the path to and from them was just as good. I'm very glad I had this experience. This is one of the best tour we had in a long time. The tour guide Lovingson was were through in giving details of the trail including the trees and bushes. The fall area and the experience very well done.

My husband and I had a very memorable experience with NWT Charter Services. Our guide Mr Lovingson went above and beyond our expectations - providing information about the plants that are native to the area and even quizzing us on the route back to see how much we remembered. He continuously checked in with participants to make sure we were comfortable with the level of difficulty and pace of the hike as we trecked through the trail to the falls.
