Great service, would recommend.

The tour bus was great. On time and no problems. The bus played a guided tour while driving which told interesting facts while on the drive. Would definitely recommend if you don't want the wait for the Parks Canada buses. 1 and a half hours at each lake was good too, especially if you want to rent a canoe for an hour.

Little longer but worth it!

Our tour guide Mel was super nice. He was a bit late picking us up in Calgary due to traffic. The approx 5 hours refers to if you get picked up in Banff. If being picked up in Calgary it’s more than 7 hours with travel time. Touring the lakes was amazing! Learning a little bit as we drove to the lakes through the bus prerecorded guide was nice. We were in a 14 seater van which made for a nice trip. We were offered water when we returned to the bus after each lake tour. Because we were running late coming back due to construction traffic our driver dropped us off right at our hotel in Calgary (not far from original drop off location) which was a nice thing for him to do. It was a nice stress free way to go. Not having to worry about driving ourselves and finding parking at the lakes. Actually learned that you can only get into Lake Moraine via tour bus. Personal vehicles are not allowed into the area and parking at Lake Louise is not easy to find. Was also nice to reserve a spot and then not have to pay for the bus trip until the day before the trip. Would book one of these again if in the area!

It was an awesome experience especially the bus driver was friendly and sociable. He offered us bottle of water during our trip to Moraine Lake. Haroon's good humor kept our the bus ride experience enjoyable.

Iconic lake tour of Banff

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours. Professional, well organized, informative, and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. 10/10. Thanks again, Raj!

I accidentally booked the wrong travel date, and the staff were incredibly kind and flexible in helping us change it. They accommodated our request so we could travel as planned. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making a stressful situation so much easier. We really appreciate it!

Grear tour operator

Excellent tour. Everything was done on time. Julius was our driver / tour guide. He was chill - made sure everyone is having fun. 1.5 hrs are much needed as a stop at each lake - allowed us to do a 30 min canoe ride. Many other tours offer just 1 hour which cant be enough.

Fantastic Tour

Abdul is hands down an amazing guide and driver. This solo trip for me was made 10x better because of him. The tour itself is amazing. Moraine Lake is stunning. Lake Louise is always a view to behold, but with Abdul's encouragement, I pushed myself to the Fairview Lookout and it did not disappoint. Thank you for making my solo mom trip amazing

Shuttle bus from Canmore to Calgary with lovely views

The advantage of this shuttle bus is that it takes us back to Calgary from Canmore with my luggage, which is important for travellers without a car. It also allowed us to spend our half-day exploring the two lakes again; it had been raining when we first visited, but this time the weather was absolutely lovely, I’d highly recommend it. The driver was very friendly; he dropped us off in Calgary city centre, close to the restaurant where we were having lunch. His name was Abdul.

Lake Luise and Moraine Lake - a stress-free trip from Banff

A great opportunity to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake without the stress of transportation and parking in the tourist crowds for the whole family. We left our car at the train station in Banff (9 hours of free parking), and the tour lasted 5 hours. A friendly driver and 90 minutes of free time to explore each lake on our own.
