L'instructeur est un chef professionnel ayant une formation et 7 ans d'expérience dans la cuisine coréenne. Vous bénéficierez d'une formation pratique dispensée par un chef professionnel et apprendrez une bonne recette qui pourra facilement être répétée à la maison. Le studio est une maison coréenne traditionnelle, Honok, vous verrez et ressentirez donc l'atmosphère traditionnelle coréenne en cuisinant. L'endroit est facilement accessible depuis le palais Gyeongbokgung.

This was a great cooking class! Everything was explained clearly, I could ask questions and the food was delicious I was glad we covered 2 dishes slowly rather than trying to do too many I now feel very comfortable in trying out these 2 dishes at home, and confident in varying ingredients to suit my tastes
We loved this cooking course which allowed us to discover a little more Korean culture. There were 2 of us which made the experience more intimate. The chef is really great, she put us at ease right away, the course was fluid and what we cooked was really delicious 😍
Chef Hakyung at Studio Hakyung provides an enjoyable and tasty 3.5 hours of culinary delights. She is a well-prepared and patient teacher. She walked us through the steps in making bulgogi (marinated beef) kimbap (rice rolls) and tuna kimbap. All the steps are easy to follow and Chef Hakyung encourages our success with smiles and cheer. At the end of the session, she rewarded us with a demonstration on how to make Korean Fried Chicken by basting the chicken in a special fry mix, cooking the chicken, and then frying it again with a special sauce topped with peanuts. This was the best KFC I've ever eaten and I come from Oakland,CA where several Korean restaurants make awfully good KFC. We were treated to a special yuzu beverage that Chef Hakyung blended from fruit harvested on JeJu Island. We left with a bag of kimbap (we ate every last piece of KFC) and beaming smiles. Chef Hakyung is a consummate pro and a real sweetheart. We look forward to taking another class from her as we plan to return to Seoul in the future.
We lived the class. Chef was awesome. Excellent experience, we loved the class and the food was delicious. We would do it again.
