Boeing Factory Tour & Seattle City Tours Combo

Description

Captain Ron was knowledgeable, funny, highly considerate and genuinely wanted to make sure everyone had a great trip! Would highly recommend!
Earle was the greatest. Can't say enough good. Vibrant, knowledgeable and fun. I think the best tour I've ever been on. Went out of his way to accommodate all on the tour. Made sure we got to Boeing early so we could do the simulators. Provided water and other beverages throughout.
The Boeing Tour was excellent. Earl is an awesome guide and driver. He made sure we were where we were supposed to be - very efficient. He made the drive to the facility informative and fun. Delightful personality. Highly recommend this tour.
Earl was the best tour guide ever!! he has lived in the Seattle area for years and really knows a lot about the area. His sense of humor is hilarious and he was honest about every question that we asked. He was an excellent driver.
Since we were on the Boeing tour followed by the city tour of Seattle there should’ve been a time set aside for people to eat. It also seems to me since we took another Seattle tour last year that this one was cut short example going to see the salmon last year. We were there for nearly an hour this year. We were there for probably 20 minutes.
Hi Brian, Thank you again for taking the time to leave a four-star review. I genuinely appreciate that you chose my tour. I did want to address one part of your review because I believe it may give future guests an inaccurate impression of the experience. Regarding lunch, the Boeing Future of Flight facility has a café, which you walked past, and you were at the facility for more than two hours. That provides ample time to purchase food if you choose. Guests are also welcome to bring food back to the bus if they prefer. In addition, during the city tour I always ask if anyone needs a restroom break or would like to stop at a local café or coffee shop. At Fishermen's Terminal, where we make a stop, there is also a fish and chips restaurant and a bodega. The itinerary does not state that the tour includes a scheduled lunch stop at a restaurant. Had that been advertised and not provided, I would absolutely understand your disappointment and would apologize. Instead, the itinerary allows approximately one hour after the Boeing Factory Tour concludes for guests to explore the Boeing Gallery, visit the gift shop, or eat at the café before we depart. You also mentioned another tour you took last year. I just want to clarify for future readers that it was not this tour, as I wouldn't want experiences from different tours to be confused. My concern is simply that reviews help future guests decide whether this tour is right for them. If someone reads that there was little or no opportunity to eat, they may conclude that the itinerary doesn't allow for it, when in fact there are multiple opportunities throughout the day. If the café menu didn't appeal to you, that's certainly a fair opinion, but saying there was minimal opportunity for food doesn't accurately reflect how the tour is operated. For context, transportation to and from the Boeing facility is about 40 minutes each way, while the guided Seattle city tour is approximately three hours, with additional free time at Boeing afterward. Thank you again for your review and for choosing Seattle's Best Tours. I sincerely appreciate your feedback, and I wanted to provide this clarification so that future guests have an accurate understanding of what to expect.
Our guide, Ron, was phenomenally educated with all things Seattle and what an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. Eat a hearty breakfast before doing the Boeing and city tour as it will likely last 7-8 hours start to finish. Recommend!!
FANTASTIC. What a great tour and an even better Earl. He is so knowledgeable, kind and great to communicate with. Earl is a man of many talents. Anytime we travel to Seattle we will be calling Earl for our tours.
Going through ghe Boeing tour was so great - not really knowing what expect - we found the whole experience to be well above our expectation - very informative, professional - highly recommended. Even doing the simulator was awesome (F16) 👍
Earl was a wonderful tour guide, he was knowledgeable, funny, and energetic. This tour is a great way to know more about Seattle from a local perspective and visit different parts of the city we would have not visited otherwise. I traveled with a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and did the full day trip. I was afraid it could be a waste of a full day of our 4-day trip, but not at all; it was a great experience for all 4 of us, we highly recommend it!
Absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end! Earl was the best tour guide! Earl is filled with so much knowledge and facts plus he is hilarious! Fabulous experience and got to see so much of Seattle!
