If travelling by train there is limited seating and the signage on arrival is inadequate . The site itself was good and informative the only negatives were there where a lot of people there and large guided groups took over all of the Villas and sites where there was little space making it impossible to see some of the different types of buildings. Again the signage inside the site was minimal. The cafe was packed with not a lot of seating. The toilet facility’s were dirty and there were no toilet seats and hand washing facility’s either had no soap or nothing to dry your hands after washing them. On exiting we were unable to tour the musesum because the large guided party’s case very long queing times. On exit it was difficult to find the train station as we could not see any signage. We were Lucy and found a policeman who pointed us in the right direction. The return journey was difficult as we had to stand all the way back to our station.

We booked our Pompeii entry tickets through Dream Fly Tourism LLC, and honestly, it made things really easy for us. The booking was simple, and we didn’t have to worry about figuring everything out at the last minute. Once we arrived, we could just focus on exploring Pompeii and taking in the history. Really happy with the service from Dream Fly Tourism LLC and would use them again.

Visiting Pompeii was an unforgettable experience. Walking through the ancient streets and seeing the remarkably preserved ruins brought history to life. The site is fascinating, atmospheric, and full of incredible details. A memorable experience that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Italy.

Pompeii was amazing (5 out of 5). I gave a 2 out of 5 as company weren’t very good at giving directions ‘clearly’ to meet our tour guide, so we ended up doing ‘tour’ on our own.

Walking through Pompeii was very interesting and full of history. There are so many ancient streets, buildings, and fascinating places to explore. It is a unique experience and definitely worth visiting when traveling to Italy.

Ordering on line was very easy. Found the meeting point to get the tickets. Pompeii was very good. We opted to have listening devise so we could go round at our own leasure.

Do yourself a favor and buy tickets only through official channels to avoid being overcharged. I would give zero stars if I could. This experience was incredibly disappointing and misleading. First, we had to walk nearly 2km to enter through the amphitheater gate solely for the agency's convenience. I paid €26 for an entry ticket plus an audio guide, but there was no actual audio guide provided—only a basic mobile app to install, which is definitely not worth the €6 surcharge. To get the ticket, I had to go to a 'tourist office' that was actually a high-pressure sales shop. They pushed a Vesuvius tour on us for €32 (€10 per bus leg and €12 for entry), when the official public bus (EAV) only costs €3.50 each way. The bus was 15 minutes late but they still forced us to leave at the original time, cutting our visit short. The staff member accompanying us to Vesuvius was aggressive and provided zero information about the site, spending the whole trip chatting with the driver. This is not a tour; it is just a predatory ticket-selling scheme. Save your money and go official.
