The person with my ticket never showed up, I lost time and money. I request a full refund of the cost.

Buyer beware. We received no direction as to where to use our priority entry tickets purchased through Tripadvisor. On the scheduled day (May 19) and time (10 am) to utilize our priority tickets we could not identify an agent to process our ticket. After many confusing conversations with guides of the Academia and other touring service agents we were told our priority tour was cancelled due to a third party sever shut down. No communication from Tripadvisor or refund to date. Very disappointed.

The regular line was very long, so this ticket helped a lot.We got inside quickly and without problems. The gallery layout is simple and clear.David alone makes the visit worth it.I would recommend this ticket during peak season.
Check the date on official sites. They sold me the experience with knowledge that the museum does not open on January 1. A robbery!

I paid for two tickets which allowed me entrance and audio guides. When I went in, the museum said I had to pay for the audio guides. I called Viator, and they refused to give me any reimbursement for the audio guides. I didn’t buy the audio guides since I didn’t have a way to pay for them at the time.

Honestly, skipping the line felt like a luxury! Florence can get really busy, but this ticket made it so simple. The Accademia Gallery isn’t huge, but every piece feels important. Standing in front of David was surreal. It’s something photos can never capture.
David is the main attraction here and is quite spectacular. There is some beautiful art in the adjoining rooms, however the primary reason to visit is to see Michelangelo’s David.
Everything went well, we met with the partner 5 min before booked time, we skipped the line and got in very quickly. Unfortunately audio guide was not included as advertised, we had to pay 12€ extra for it. When looking for experiences we specifically wanted one that included audio guide and that's why we booked this one and payed extra, which in the end didn't matter and still had to pay audio guide on top of the already higher price.

Our guide was a NO SHOW. We wasted an hour of our precious time. Worthless. No communication. What a disappointing experience.
