Billet d'entrée à la Tour de Pise et à la Cathédrale avec Audio Guide

The directions were extremely vague so although we got access to (and walked) the tower we did not get the “tour” bc we could not find where to go to access the tour guides. We also did not get to visit (or tour) the cathedral bc the voucher is only good for 30 minutes from start time and it takes more time than that to climb and enjoy the tower! We did not get what we paid for!

. We were late to the Tower by 15 minutes because the trains from the cruise port were late. They should have given better instructions. TripAdvisor did not help us at all and we didn't get any flexibility or help when we were late. We basically wasted $76 US dollars

Pisa is my favorite spot in Italy… the people in this town are friendly and helpful! The Pisa Tower complex is well manicured, the bathrooms are very well maintained, and they offer a convenient cloak room for bags while you make the climb. The entire Pisa team makes this a great experience! Kudos to Pisa!!

The person at the counter who provides information and sells tickets was rude, did not speak, had no smile, and threw my ticket on the counter. You need to change jobs, sir!

Really good value especially with the skip the queue entry. The communication could have been clearer about needing bag drop first and where to start the audio. It was clear that this should have been outside but we were in the tower when we started it. Also the audio cut off every time my phone screen went off which was irritating, if Spotify can play why couldn’t this? The tower was great and the information interesting. I also enjoyed the cathedral but it would have been helpful to share the dress code information.

Very poor experience. The tour operator canceled my tour at the last minute. Then when I rebooked I was mistakenly booked for a week later. Then they didn’t provide a refund. These folks are criminals.

Dear Sir or Madam, We would like to provide you with the following feedback regarding our booking: The actual time slot did not match the booking confirmation, downloading the audio guide was not possible, and we would like to politely inquire how it is possible that we had to pay €128 while the ticket states the amount is €80 (see attachment). IThought I had the ticket when I got a barcode from viatour. That was not the ticket. None of the links I got on mail worked. After running back and forth on the place, a woman that worked there said we needed whatsapp. Downloaded that, and then yo tours contacted me. They sent our tickets there, but we were then over the time that was set with around 15minutes and the woman that worked in the tower said it was not possible for us to enter. We was here at around 30minutes before our time, but because of so mich back and forth, we couldn't make it. Had then live contact with yotours, but after I asked for refund, they no longer answered. Not very nice staff at the tower either.

Scam!!! Do not buy. I booked the 9am Pisa tower for a very tight time line visit and the night before I got a text telling me that 9am wasnt available but 1130 was. I expressed my confusion and asked for the absolute earliest time. I got up the next morning and after looking at my shedule around 8:45 I messaged the company letting them know that since they were unable to get me the tickets for the time I had originaly purchased for 9am to just send me a refund due to the fact that I couldnt fit in a later tour. At 930 they sent me tickets for 1130 and I had already left the city of Pisa on my way to Rome. I attempted to message them and requested a refund but they will not respond! Do NOT buy from them

There is no physical representation on site and no one answers the phone. Instructions unclear- we missed our scheduled entry. Waste of money!
